Hello, I need some help. I have a auto-responder on my zoho campaigns that send a sequence of 3 emails. This 3 emails create the respective campaign on my zoho crm (campaigns tab). I need to get an alert (an email or something else) 3 days after a contact recieve the second email of my auto responder. How can i do this the best way? Thanks

Email Address Pane Too Small
Hello Thanks so much for making the left menu collapsible and allowing the window to be expanded. It makes a big difference. However, the new addresses box is really, really bad. Can you make it the way it was before? Or expand it to FULL size? If you have 20 aliases then the email addresses are impossible to see as you hunt through them to find new emails. It's REALLY hard to see when new mail comes in. Thanks!
CSV Import - Update
How can I use CSV Import to update data on my Contact records? I'm trying to use "Import Contacts", my csv has 22 784 rows and I'm getting an error that the file can't have more than 30000 rows, what's up with that?
Edit or Delete Invoice Items
When creating an invoice, I can go to Item, then 'Add Item' with Name, Description, Rate and Tax. Now, how can I 'Edit' an item if I want to change a field, so that everytime I choose it from the list, it has the new information? And, how do I 'Delete' an Item from the items list?
Why doesn't Mail Merge leave a record in the customer record?
Believe it or not we actually do write real letters - letter not emails - using Mail Merge in CRM. Believe it or not, the fact that we have done so isn't recorded in the customer record. When we brought this up with support, they seemed unable to comprehend that we were doing this. They kept referring back to "emails". Not talking about email. Talking about Mail Merge. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. Invoice Template Selection Via Zapier
Hello, I am trying to create invoices in Zoho Books via Zapier. I would like to have the option of selecting the invoice template, but I do not see that field available in the Zapier options. Also, I do not see the option for the "Order Number" field in Zapier as well. Am I doing something that is not allowing me to see these fields, or are they not available? trying to change to books UK
What a disaster this is turning into. We got upgraded to the wrong version of Books we have the global addition not UK addition. After several phone calls the advice was to back up our current version and then import into the new trial version. The back up takes about 30mins and then you end up with a zip file containing various files such as invoice etc. The first challenge is trying to find what section to import each one into. Then you find that some data cannot be imported which starts the mystery.

Updating custom fields on an expense via API
I have a custom field on my expenses called "Cost Centre" and I wish to be able to update the value via the API. However the documentation https://www.zoho.com/books/api/v3/#Expenses_Update_an_Expense doesn't show attributes for these fields, and attempting a request like JSONString= {"custom_fields": [{"label": "Cost Centre","value": "Management Delegated Budget"}}" throws an error "JSON is not well formed." Can you give an example of what needs to be in the JSONString to do this please?

Hi! I checked the statistics and found out that we miss 55% of chats during the WORKING time however all our users are online and keep the tab open. This is pretty bad. For years the situation has not been changed. I think the problem takes place due to the fact that you rely on browser, and it makes SalesIQ tab inactive after some time. But I am not sure about this. If this is true, then we need a solution to make sure we receive a chat call regardless of the browser activity. Andrey

The preferred authentication seems to be OAuth2 but this would appear to need a server component and I would rather everything work client-side. So first question is whether Zoho support OAuth2 in client-only mode (and without embedding the client secret in the browser!).
