How do I record owner payment of business expenses ? I have submitted receipts via Expenses and they have flowed over into Books / Expenses. Zoho Books iOS App Lacking
Hi, Love the iOS app, and love Zoho Books :) I think however, the iOS app is missing an extremely simple, but vital functionality. It cannot show me stock availability of an item? This is so weird Stock availability of a certain time is key to even the most simplest of inventory applications. Please add it in, preferrably without having to tap on the item. Beneath the price when you're looking at items list would be nice place :)

IMAP migration fails with 'Unable to connect to the server'
I've been trying to test out IMAP migration and I keep getting an 'Unable to connect to the server' when I try to add an account. I've done a Google search on this and see it's fairly common, but the normal problem appears to be to do with SSL certificate issues, but that cannot be the case here. I've tried with two accounts, one a Gmail account and the other an account with a large UK ISP, virginmedia.com. I have a page that scans in a barcode and retrieves info based on the scanned value. It works perfectly. But...I can only get it to work if I'm using the ZOHO mobile applet to run my app. I can't get the scanner to appear if I use the app via the Customer Portal. I know that using the barcode option is only available for mobile devices, but since I can have potentially lots of customers using the app, it makes sense to use the Customer Portal. Mapping Zoho Creator fields to Zoho Subscriptions

Zoho Creator Migration
Has anyone else had issues / delays getting Zoho to migrate from .com to .eu. We have been told for weeks that this would be carried out without any progress (as far as I can see getting made). I just wondered if anyone else had the same issue?

It would be great if you didn't have to constantly set this repeatedly, but instead just have it just stick - at least for your current session. It's a pain to have to be constantly change this setting - especially for CRM and Inventory.

Hello, It seems that when changing an Item Group Name, the user should be given the option to have the system accordingly modify the item names of all of the items within the group as well, instead of having to make the change manually for each individual item. These companies help us sell our products to our customers. Therefore, the emails we are sending are product related and sent to those contacts that were provided to us by their company. Can't find some sent e-mails
I have used Zoho Mail through Chrome and things were going fine last months. However, I've just looked for some e-mails I sent hours ago and I can't find most of them. Item groups are assumed to be goods instead of a services, but there's no way to set this when instantiating the item group.
There's no way to set whether an item group is for goods or services. ZohoInventory instead just assumes that an Item Group is for goods, and therefore must be trackable inventory. Having to manually set every member of the group to be a service / non-trackable is a pain - especially for larger item groups. Why shouldn't item groups incorporate this same switch as individual items? Thanks, Bryan
Will deleting all Leads, editing offline, and re-uploading Leads, disturb data in other modules?
My goal is to mass edit the Leads module, removing duplicates, cleaning up fields, changing tags etc. I know that I can't make those changes without downloading leads, deleting leads from zoho module, editing offline and re-uploading. Report on sales line items?
We are a small batch manufacturer and must keep a running report on items on order and their status (not finaincial staus- physical). Currently we are performing invoice exports out of Books, but then must filter for custom:class, sales items desired and so on.
