Group Mailing Lists under GDPR
I noticed that the mailing group we were using for our NGO got disabled and all contacts deleted. Is this due to GDPR? Will it be possible to still use mailing lists in any form?
Intermittent issues with mails not sending, and even disappearing completely.
A few weeks ago a notification appeared in my Zoho Mail App on Samsung smartphone saying "You have unsent mail in the Outbox". How do you delete email history in a record?
Using the Gmail integration, there are emails that are coming into Zoho that I do not want recorded in the account/contact/lead record for various reasons; sometimes, for instance, customers send us their credit card information by email (unsolicited) and obviously we do not want that recorded in the system. I assumed I could just go into the record in question and delete the selected emails but it seems there is no way to do that?
Auto updating Sales Pipeline
We record sales calls in tasks where we assign a priority (Lowest-Highest). To save writing two sets of notes (in Tasks and Pipeline) is there a way taking the notes written in tasks where the Priority is High/Highest and then updating the pipeline to save writing the notes twice?

Need help in updated a record when a linked field is entered
I have two forms: Form 1 - Order_form Form 2 - Booking_Details In my booking_details form, i have a v lookup which links to the order number in Form 1 (Order_form). Issues with Website
We keep running into issues where the Campaign's Save buttons don't work or take a while to load. No other Zoho product is this bad. We're using the Latest version of Chrome on Mac. Anyone else experiecning this issue?

Hello there. I have one Zoho CRM extension which makes use of this library. It works perfectly in many browsers, but not in Safari 10.1 and 11.2. Apparently, the event PageLoad never triggers on Safari, for there are no errors reported. I also tried to debug this, but I never got to the callback function passed as listener for this event.

Archiving large files
I imagine most companies will have the problem of user accounts becoming too large. Archiving emails I don't think increases the available space, it just puts them in a separate subfolder. So is it possible for Zoho to help us in reducing inbox size? Ideally it would be removing emails with large attachments. But I notice if you go to the Attachments area there is no way to filter by date or by size. And the Advanced Search feature also doesn't allow you to search by file size. So it seems impossible

Hi, we are trying to create a report with the customers that accepted our consent form, the chat support told me it isn´t possible to do this so what i did was create a field and create a workflow rule that is executed when Data Processing Basis is updated with the condition that the consent is granted, with this condition i update the field i created and this way i can create a report, the problem is that when the customer accepts our policy from the consent form it doesn´t work but if i do it manually
