Social Integration - Facebook - Candidates and Contatcs
Good Morning - I can no longer associate a candidates Facebook profile with their account - when I click the facebook icon - I get the message: You cannot search a profile in Facebook. You need to associate it from the Social Tab. I went to the social tab and there is no ability to do this. Can you help ?
Remote Screen Resolution
I have a remote system that runs with a very high screen resolution. When I connect to it via Assist, the graphics look fine, but any text is very hard to read. It would be great if Assist had the option to display remote systems at a lower resolution so that text is easier to view and screen updates would be quicker. Thanks, Jon

Associate Job Openings to Candidates - FRUSTRATING! GRRRRR :-)
Hi Zoho, When we want to associate a candidate to a job opening from the candidate list or candidate record, it brings up ALL Vacancies for ALL Recruiters including OPEN & CLOSED Vacancies. If i am going to associate a candidate, it will most likely be to MY vacancy and also to an OPEN vacancy. Can we please change this so that when you look to an associate a job opening, it defaults to MY OPEN JOB OPENINGS? Again, this will save clicks and time and generally make it a more pleasurable experience

Hi, I have a form for Bikes master with Bike photographs (as image field) and I want to use these images in my HTML page using fetch records task. How can I populate these images in my HTML page. Once populated, I want to invoke an order form when a user clicks on the image. What should be image source for these images as they are somewhere on ZOHO servers. Let say you have 2 CRM to Campaigns syncs: - Sync 1 for "Non qualified" leads to campaigns list "A", and - Sync 2 for "Interested" leads to campaigns list "B" now let say lead "Joe Feen" was "Non qualified", received a campaign email about a new product for what he is now qualified and he calls back interested. The sales agent change his status to "Interested" and now "Joe Feen" goes into list "B" for "Interested" leads. Is Joe Feen removed from list A in the next retrieval? by itself? or do I need

Can't recieve emails from gmail (to Zoho)
Dear Zoho team: I've set up my whole account, all DNS, DKIM and SPF work fine. I've tried sending an email from outlook/hotmail to Zoho and it worked perfectly. But when I try to send an email from Gmail to Zoho, it won't work. Gmail doesn't seem to detect the existence of my user. Haven send the message to the zoho web mail, the message is delivering late, and not only that the message has question mark ? in place of the image. Add Task or Calendar entry from within an email
Have started using the new zoho mail 2018, and while any sort of software changeover is pretty ghastly I see enough advantages to grind through. I want to setup a task or a calendar entry from right within an email (while viewing it). I've seen this done in the zoho video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HRVxKxPxLA and have seen the buttons while using but cannot duplicate it. Not finding a concise info packed training video on the new mail, that gives all the advanced abilities and how to do it.

I would like to get Zoho Phonebridge integrated into our Digium Switchvox phone system. Hello All: I have not used record summaries much to this point and am running into two issues with a proposal form I am setting up. When I set up an image or paragraph to be centered, it is not centered on the page when printed. I selected letter size for the record summary but it is still off.
