Scoring Campaigns and syncing with CRM
We have used scoring in CRM for a while and are new to Campaigns. The scoring rules for a Campaign differ between the two platforms - even if they are being calculated on the same emails. is there a plan to sync them so they can show the same result? There are more options for scoring in Campaigns that can't be replicated for the same records in CRM - they should be the same?
Disabling Click to open images
Is there a way so that the images in my email campaign automatically show up? I do not want the images to show up as right click to open. Thanks
Amount Field Function
I record 3 amounts figures as a currency field inside a DEAL. I want to make the Amount field be READ ONLY & have a function that adds up the NEW CUSTOM currency fields and populates this into the standard Amount field on a CREAT or EDIT scenario. The three custom fields are: Accommodation Catering Restaurant Any help would be great.
"Map" function in Zoho creator / Zoho Workbook help
Hello, I'm new to Zoho creator and I'm just going through the workbook. I'm currently in the "Add Business Logic" section of the workbook and trying out "Change delivery option based on number of products selected". It does not seem to recognise the ".size()" function and returns it as an invalid syntax. My understanding that is the "size()" is a built in map function. I need to check Product.size() where "Product" is a lookup field, but it doesn't seem to recognise it. Did I miss something? Can

Outlook not receiving (sending OK)
Outlook was working fine using IMAP for my domain using app-specific password, then suddenly stopped receiving yesterday. Sending still works, and I've checked web mail and that's working fine. In researching this, I see that Zoho had an authentication issue for this same problem 7 months ago, which they say was resolved. Is this an issue again?

Visual cue shuts me out!!
Hi - I've installed Zoho on my devices, but whenever I create a document the visual cue comes on. It loops and shuts me out. This only happens in the mobile app. I found a user guide saying to look in 'settings' for 'UI Preference'which, I can't find. Thanks in advance

In my company, I hold many positions that are billable. We also work with some clients on a retainer, at a discounted hourly rate. For one customer, I might provide software training at one rate, account audits at another rate, and network maintenance at yet another. Is there a way to adjust the billing rate or add billing roles within Timesheet?
Importing data from Access with auto numbers
Hello, I want to migrate an Access application into Zoho. My existing application has multiple tables linked on ID columns which are of the type "auto number" (using Zoho terms). Can I import those tables and keep the data in those columns BUT THEN have Zoho start incrementing the values going forward? Example: existing student ID's ranging from 1-10000. After my import, can Zoho start adding records with incremented Student IDs? Thanks in advance!
Replacement for Gmail contextual widget - Google is disabling contextual widgets on August 1 2018
Given that Gmail contextual gadgets will soon be disabled on August 1. Is there a plan to offer a replacement with a new gmail add-on? Instead of just the google chrome extension. The chrome extension requires our user to be logged into google chrome with their work account (not always the case, they often have a personal gmail account and a work gmail account they're signed into on their personal laptops) and also forces users to use chrome as their browser.
Rules Question
I am trying to use a multiple rules on one type of form to show only fields from one drop down field. The drop down has 3 fields that have four other fields related to each selection. When a field is selected, I only want the fields related to selection to show up. Do I use the hide selection or the show selection? If I use the hide, they are not there when I go to write the next rule. Daniel
Can I disable the Skype link?
I need to turn off the Skype link feature as I do not use Skype to make calls. When I use my mobile device it is rather maddening to have the Skype link trump the smartphone's dial feature. Additionally, it's difficult even to cut and paste the number into Google voice on my desktop. Plain text would be much better. Thanks.
Sending MMS text to avoid concatenation issues
Greetings, When sending text messages longer than 160 characters you may run into situations where certain carriers (Sprint and Verizon in particular) are not able to receive the text as one message, rather it breaks it up into multiple texts, and often out of order. One solution to get around this issue is to send the message as MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) instead of SMS (Short Message Service). Garbage pasted from Outlook text copy/paste
If we copy and paste a text in a Zoho Connect post from an Outlook email, it is adding some garbage, like this: Normal 0 21 false false false ES-CL ES-CL AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 [here it will display the copied / pasted text] �? This should be cleaned in by Zoho Connect app, since copy/paste from Outlook or MS applications is a very common activity (for example we also use Basecamp and we can copy text from Outlook emails without garbage pasted). Session End Confirmation to Remote Client.
Hi Zoho Just wanted to make a suggestion regarding Zoho assist. I noticed when testing on one of my other machines, when the technician ends the remote session, the assist box on the remote computer simply disappears leaving some confusion as to whether the technician has actually left or still has control / viewing access.
