How to view contacts combined activity log?
I have an account with hundreds of contacts, I need to view his log of activities with ALL his contacts (comments on calls to contacts, estimates, invoices updates etc) - all ordered by the time of their execution - how can I get this data directly from ZOHO Invoice? This is really critical for me being able to manage my sales organization activities around the world. Tickets not posting when forwarded from Outlook Address
My team has recently moved over to Zoho Desk and is loving it for the most part. We however haven't been able to get Zoho to accept emails forwarded from our IT@ Outlook 365 email address to post as tickets. I've verified the forwarding functionality by testing it with various other email addresses. All email addresses that I've tested with have accepted the forwarded emails. To me, this means that Zoho is blocking it because of it's forwarded nature possibly. Unfortunately, I don't think there are

Create invoice from Form
I'm looking for a way to create an invoice based off a form. We typically have people register for events and request an invoice. I'd love for the registration form to automatically create an invoice if they don't pay with a credit card during registration. I have looked into Zapier integration, but the API requires you to set a fixed customer in the integration. Not so useful! Anybody have a way a form filler can select from a list of customers and pass that into the invoice? I don't really care
"Sent" folder syncing doesn't work with Thunderbird and stock mail app on MAC
But since about one week ago, I found that my email client, Thunderbird, stopped downloading new mails in "Sent" folder. Emails are sent successfully, can be seen in "sent" folder on Zoho's webpage, but no where to see in Thunderbird. The problem is with both my iMac and Macbook running latest OS and Thunderbird. CNAME for DigitalOcean
Hello, I created this account less than a week ago. I purchased a domain from NameCheap. I have verified my domain already. I now want to host my domain on DigitalOcean and have email from Zoho, in order to do that I need the CNAME, however, I have already verified my domain. How do I go about getting the CNAME again? I can't find it anywhere. Should I delete the domain from Zoho Mail and start again? When I click the delete button it says it will get rid of all the emails associated with the domain.

Bootstrap CSS affecting embedded report on a HTML page
I am trying to style a custom page in creator with an embedded report. When I embed the report with no style then the report comes in as expected. However when I add the bootstrap 4 CSS file in the overall report area remains as expected but the content is compressed against the left hand side. Using replaceall with URL field loses the Link name when used more than once.
Hi, When using a URL field in an email it actually uses the link name as expected and creates a hyperlink automatically.
