Is there any way to view reports of which coupons were used, and how many times, etc? I've looked for this in reports, but I don't see an option for that. If I were to add a coupon for "100% off one time" for a customer referral, is there any way to view in reports how many times that coupon was used (/how many people were referred)? Thanks, Edward
Server message sending
Hi, I have postfix configured as smtp send only on my digitalocean web server so I can get server messages. I have assigned my FQDN as my server host name. Inklines.art. Postfix sends correctly from the command line but the email lands in my spam box. I have the same domain, inklines.art, configured at zoho with spf and dkim setup and verified. My web server postfix needs spf and dkim also so emails get past spam checks. But my FQDN already has spf and dkim setup through Zoho. What do I need to do

Linking Manual Square Payments with Invoices
I have customers that don't know how to pay their invoices online. Many of them will call in a payment using their debit card and I will manually run the debit card using Square. When I do this Zoho will generate its own Square Invoice Number (ex. Square-00125). How do I lin this payment to my already established invoice?

I tried to add my domain angelofdeathrp.pw to my account, but I typo'd the domain on the first time, so i deleted that one, and when I attempted to add the correct domain, it said i was restricted. Running a report and displaying a custom URL field as an actual clickable URL
Hi, We have a custom field that is a URL added on some contacts in our CRM. We have reports that shows if Contact X has URL, then the contact shows on a report, it also includes the URL in the report. The URL is however not "clickable" directly from the report, which is anoying. Same think in the Deal module - we run a report, we have an added field that is of type URL, but in the report listing, it the URL is not clickable. Anything we are doing wrong that you can help us with?
Refresh browser in Leads page
I have configured a mailbox correctly and generated a rule in my workflow to automatically generate a lead. Unfortunately to verify the new leads generated, the only way is to refresh the browser (F5), not so with the SalesInbox that works automatically. There are any sollution for the leads to appear automatically?
Cannot Send & Receive Emails
My account is experiencing this problem. I have set my DKIM, SPF and MX correctly as tutorial, but nothing happened and not verified. Is this because of the CNAME is deleted or what? Problem inserting Zoho Creator image (Google drive Link)
Through a Zoho Creator integration I successfully get records from my database. One of these recordsris an image of the type linked with Google drive. I properly recover the URL of the image and when I test this URL at my browser, it downloads the image (the browser does not show it, but it starts downloading it). Error on new module record creation
I'm trying to set up a Zoho CRM-Zoho CRM based flow that would create a new record in a custom module (action) whenever a record is created in a different custom module (trigger) and populate select points of information. The debug test is successful, but when I create a new record in the CRM module I specified on the action, I'm getting an error message that refers to the data expectation of 'bigint' not corresponding to what is provided. My custom function uses postUrl() function for integration with another service. Whenever retrieved responseStatus of the call is 500 ( ( response.get("responseStatus") == 500 ) ) the custom function execution should be marked as failure - so later I can track 'failed' calls. I am unable to login to Streams on my mobile device
I have downloaded the Streams iOS app, and attempt to login. This opens the OneAuth app, where I try to use my Google account to login, at which point I am prompted for a Google Authenticator code. I supply using the same choice as I used to login to mobile Zoho Mail, which prompt me again to "open this page in OneAuth", then opens a Safari window, and then spins forever with four bouncing colored squares with the message "Loading..." How can I get into Streams on mobile?
