Billing for multiple months/Subscription
How do I bill for more than 1 month or one invoice? We are billing quarterly. It is a rolling quarter from the initial purchase date.
Recover Deleted Email
Is there any way to recover deleted email? On mobile, you only have to slide your finger over the 'Trash' button and the email is deleted immediately. There should be some kind of fail-safe (Recycle Bin) to stop this. I deleted a very important email only because I slid my finger over the trash button. Is there any way to recover deleted emails? Contacts Limit
Trying Zoho Books Basic seriously for a month. It was looking good however ... does the contacts limit really apply to the names of vendor companies attached to transactions? If so this could be a show stopper for using Zoho books. If I have to spend a lot more money per month to upgrade then Xero would be a better option, particularly for an NZ based business. So please tell me I'm wrong about the apparent limit? Cheers Ron.

I have a trial account for the invoice app and i try to connect my service with OAuth. I follow steps described in the api documentation but in step 3, i have a {"error": "invalid_client"} as response... Is it limited by the trial version ? or it's me and i miss something obvious ?

TDS deduction from Vendor Advance
We raised a PO for vendor-X of amount 1,00,000/- and agreed to pay the vendor in 5 equal installments at specific milestones starting with a 20000 as an advance. Since it is an advance we dont have a bill and so we just recorded a payment by manually deducting 10% TDS of 2000 and so recorded 20000 - 2000 = 18000 through bank transfer. We couldnt convert the PO to bill since then we need to pay the 18% GST on the entire amount of 100000 immediately instead of waiting for the bill from the vendor and

Good morning everyone! A peculiar issue with importing and syncing leads. I used the desktop version to import few hundred leads to Zoho and import, this worked well. After performing Desktop sync I used these leads on my Zoho App. But now all these new leada have disappeared from desktop, in iPad they are still available. I'm standing on the hose here, how to get the data on new leads back on desktop Zoho?

Zoho Android App Sending Duplicate Emails
I would love it if I could send emails to people and only one is sent when I hit the send button....I am using version 2.2.6 of the android app on a S8. This has just recently (last two weeks) started to happen on two different occasions where I am hitting reply all to an email thread and the message gets sent three times. From the timestamps, the first two are sent at the same time whereas the other one is sent two seconds later. Please help @zohosupport @zohosomebody

I've looked for this, and can't find a solution. When a user is tagged in a comment (e.g. @User1) it would be great if they receved a notification - either by e-mail, or by the notification button (bell) in the top right of the window. Otherwise, there's no way to know if you've been tagged.

Hello, I need some help with the following scenario for a farm business. We buy chemicals and fertilisers in bulk through a single PO. 1. Lets say I have purchased 25 kg of an item called NPK @ Rs 10 per kg for a total amount of 250. My stock in hand is 25kg. 2. I have three different crops - A, B and C - that use the above item. Lets say on a given day, I use 0.5 kg on A, 1 kg on B and 0.5kg on C. 3. How can I record the cost of this inventory consumption separately for each crop? This is important

Images in Some Incoming Email
Some of my incoming messages are not loading images within the body of the email. If I right-click on the image and select "reload image" no change. If I right-click on the image and select view image, the image is shown in a new window, and when I open the email message again that image is loaded, but no others unless I do the same for each image. Only happens with some messages, not all.
