Hello hello - When a contact moves to a different company I write down where they previously were in the notes. If I could tag other contacts or companies in the notes then that contact would show up in notes on that company or contact's notes. E.g. Amy previously worked at [@Amazon] from 2010 - 2016 This way this note would show up in Amazon's account and if we were looking for Amy in Amazon's account we could see that she moved to a different company. I have a Zoho CRM database containing a custom "License" field. Prospects go to our site and submit a form with more, updated information and also the License field. We are magazine publishers, selling advertising space. We recognise only the published date, rather than the date of sale in all our sales and accounting functions. The sale date is irrelevant to us for all practical purposes. I would like to put the deals module into place, but we need to have a way of forecasting our potentials by published date (month) than sale date. Hi, I would like to fetch all values from a single record but can't figure out the exact way. At the moment I have: det = Addresses[ID = input.Delivery_Address]; input.Address_Details= det.Account_Name + " " + det.Address_Line_1 + det.Address_Line_2 + det.City + det.City + det.County + det.Country; What I would like is something like: input.Address_Details = det.getall(); Where "getall()" returns every field values for that specific record in my Addresses form. How can I setup the SalesIQ chat function so that the chat inviation only occurs once (per visitor) and only on the homepage. Now, when a potential client visits my site and browses through the pages, a new chat invite pops up each time they go to a different page on my site. Hi Zoho, I use "zc_LoadIn=dialog" to open a form in a popup windows from an html page. this works great, BUT- after submitting the form is popping up again, blank, for another use. I need that after submitting (or canceling) the form, the user will be redirected to back to the html page (after a refresh). Using the Multi Select Field results in a Lookup Feild
I'm trying to user create a registration form to allow users to select their city, then from which city they select to display which services that city offers. In the City Form, the services have been selected via checkbox. In the user form, I've created the Lookup Field however it can't sort or exclude data based on what services where selected. I've read several articles however all the design solutions seem to be for Zoho CRM. Is there away to do this through the creator? Thanks
Variable formdata for a row from a form
I need to write deluge script to send emails. the input.formdata variable won't work because this is not the "on add" / "on edit" actions... So the email body is to contain all data from a certain row in FORMA for example: FORMA[ID == 251445568000066556].formdata The email body is to contain all field names and values from that certain row where [ID == 251445568000066556]. How can this be realized in a deluge script? Is there a way to simulate form submission? Thanks.
iOS app notifications
how do we configure what emails we get through iOS and what we get through email? i'd like to get no email notifications, and all iOS notifications. It seems like we only get a handful of notifications on iOS. for instance, i dont get notifications for comments, only through email notifications. I dont get notifications when someone completes a task i assign them, again i only get it through email. this is very frustrating. Is there a place that documents what we should and shouldnt be getting?

Docs sync and population features timing out
Hi, got a bit of a problem where i tried uploading a document from MS word (2016 for Mac), and it does two things: 1) doesn't bring all the info across (i.e. 5 pages instead of 20) single document 2) the format is going all stupid and crossing over note that this occurs even when i change the document over to ZDocs internal. Another problem we are having is the sync isn't working from online portal to desktop folders, this disparity is continual and seems to persist resulting in attempts to reload
