HOW COME I CAN NOT ADD MY ZOHO EMAILS TO MY IPHONE THRU IMAP OR POP? MY PREVIOUS "FREE" ACCOUNT WAS ABLE TO DO SO. I JUST CREATED A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT TODAY, AND IT WON'T LET ME. WHAT'S GOING ON?

Some emails from my inbox are gone
Dear team Hope you're doing well. I opened my mail this morning and I noticed that my inbox only contains emails until Nov 16th 2017. Not sure what happened from Nov 17th 2017 to date. Some friends have sent test emails and I'm receiving right now. Sent emails are ok, however inbox is affected. Also happening in my mobile, no access to emails in inbox on previous mentioned period of time. Thanks for your help.
Mail merge does not work in footer
I am merging a document from Zoho CRM to Docs. It works perfectly except the merge fields do not work in the footer. Is this a bug or is there something that I need to do for the merge fields to work in the footer?

Custom buttons not working in zoho recruit
I am trying to add a custom button in zoho recruit and I created a button with existing function in gallery (Screening candidates). When I try to run the function by clicking on the button I didn't get any response (even though I haven't done any changes to the existing function). I tried with and without providing my authtoken. report field to include
Hi, I'd like to be able to include on a report, the url of the candidate's linkedin profile. I can see a way to include their social media, but not their linkedin profile url. I've added it to every candidate, is there a way to include it? Thank you very much!

Query Table Using Filtered Data on Dashboard
I have one database "SALES" that has a date column, and code column. I have another Query Table "QT" that does some number crunching to get monthly data by code. When I have a global filter on my dashboard for "Month/Date" on SALES, all of my reports filter just fine except for the QT - That always stays the same. If you filter by code that QT has a lookup column for, it seems to work. Just not any date (since you cant make a date a lookup). How can you filter a QT by filtering the source by date?
Information contained in the email, direct to account registration
I get daily process progress in my email (about 200-300 per day). In my zoho crm system, I have registered all my processes in the tab of accounts. I'm looking for a solution so that when I receive an e-mail from an update regarding a process registered in my system, the system itself can launch as a task within that account registered in my system. FLAW: Receiving Serialized Stock in zInventory and invoicing it in zBooks
There's a BIG issue with the whole serialized stock process. Warehouse staff receives inventory for serialized stock in zoho inventory BUT they are not forced to enter serial numbers. In fact they can't even enter serial numbers when receiving the purchase order. When invoicing serialized stock, a serial number "MUST BE SELECTED" otherwise an invoice can't be created. Back order notification
We get a wonderful notice - "Yaaayyyy - your purchase order for sales order ### has arrived" etc. , really handy - BUT .... This notice arrives when a bill is received - not on a PO receive - logic behind this ? We sometimes get bills before receipt of goods, which I must say is handled very well in inventory !
Layout rules with required fields
Our layout rule with hidden required fields is broken all of a sudden. It was working perfectly for months, now it displays all required fields by default, ignoring the layout rule. Did you change something recently? Please change it back.
Sending emails to people in reports
Hi, Had a look around and nobody seems to have the same issue. So I generated a report based on activity with our mass email campaigns and I wish to send an email to those who have clicked on our link in the email and have not opted out from our campaigns - I now wish to send the people in this report another email that is more specific. For this, I need to be able to access the emails module from the mass email section of Zoho CRM. Has anyone got a workaround for this other than sending them individually?

Bi-Directional Multi-Select lookup to Sub-form bug!
Hi, I was trying to set-up a multi-select bi-directional lookup field for a sub-form, everything worked as expected until I tried to access the main form. I got the error "Form not available, please contact support". I had placed some script in the multi-select "On User Input". I have since reverted to using a drop-down instead... Is it possible to create some kind of automated integration between Trello and ZOHO-Connect? (perhaps through third-party app?) I would like to have cards (and lists) created on a certain Trello-board automatically become cards/lists on the boards in ZOHO-Connect. The current "integration" does not do that - it only notifies when a card/list has been created, deleted, etc (depending on which items you select) in Trello.
Hyperlinks to OneNote
I am trying to organize myself and my business. Therefore I am setting up a 'Manual' in ZOHO-Connect to collect and consolidate important information for my businesses, which includes links to relevant websites/pages. However it turns out that a hyper-link (to a MS-OneNote section on my computer) does not work. Is there a work-around? Is that a feature in the making?
Expense Reminders
In the admin section of Expense, there is an option to " Send reminders for unreported expenses". Two questions: 1. Does that mean an email will be sent to the user, or a notification inside of Zoho Expense? 2. What day does the weekly & monthly notification get sent? Left Side Menu items not showing
Both the Mac app and browser Cliq wont display Contacts, channels, Direct Messages etc. User attempted to reload, sign out and back in, close and reopen. None worked. User is listed as active in User List.
Create automation involving two or more modules
If it only involved one module it would be easy to do with a rule, but I want to involve two different modules (tasks + accounts) and cannot find a way to do so because I am not technical enough to be able to use custom functions. What I am looking for is a way so that: 1) Every time someone closes an activity; 2) If the expected closing date has not been changed within the past 30 days; 3) And if that account is on certain stages; 4) Prompt the user to update the expected close date field (mandatory).
Emails in inbox have disappeared; not in trash or archive.
I'm not exactly sure what happened, but at some point last night or this morning, my inbox emails have disappeared and my trash folder has been emptied. Nothing archived either. There were only about a dozen or so emails in my inbox. Need help recovering them, or at least the past couple weeks worth. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I have followed the instructions on how to set up domainkey, but I get "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again." my domain (Keywordsfly.com) is hosted in cpanel I configured TXT record as explained in tutorials. I am using free zoho mail account, does that affect the process (I am planing to upgrade very soon, am just testing your service). But I try many time and I am disappointed with this error. Please Help me.
