Schedule navigation bug
Hi Zoho, When navigating between the schedules in my app, there's a huge lag until the "what to do" tab is opened. Many times it doesn't even open on the right schedule (!!) and instead is opened for the previously viewed schedule. This is very confusing, sometimes I start to make changes in the wrong one. I am trying to get employee attendance entries via Zoho People API. Sometimes it works properly, but sometimes I get this error for few minutes. " code:7209 message:"API access blocked since threshold limit exceeded. Please try after some time" " What is the threshold limit for API requests? I'm sure I didn't exceed any daily limit(if there is any) because I'm getting this error since early morning. Is there a threshold limit per minute or per hour? One of my pages crashes the zoho site editor
I was editing the blog page on my website and now it looks like it's crashing the editor. I click on Open!Blog and quite literally nothing happens. Imap not syncing all of my emails
Hi Zoho CRM is not syncing all of my Office 365 emails using IMAP. It syncs some of the emails but misses others. How can I get it to refresh all the syncing so that it will discover all of the emails it has missed.

Hello, we just finish a crowdfunding campaign and we are sending our backers some personalice thank you email from our Soho email befee@qhispikayecolodge.com (linked to a gmail account). Unfortunate after sending over 10 of this emails we were blocked. Please help us to solve this, we are not sending any SPAM, i think the error was because we were putting over 10MB of attachment per email. Company logo too large in event invite
How can I modify/turn off the company logo that shows up in the email to invited participants for an event. It is way too large and even when I use a very small size (less than 190 pixels across), it is still showing as very large in the email. See attached pic. Please advise

We have about 60 users in our organization and are increasing members rapidly. When we onboard a new person, it is quite a task to get them to share their calendar with the organization and also vice-versa. I have tried calling 6 times today only for the call to time out after not being answered. I am trying to verify a domain that I registered but I am unable to verify. I tried starting again and I now get an error stating that the domain cannot be used or is already registered with Zoho. I created a form in order to email to leads to complete. When I view the form while I'm signed into Zoho, then the form shows up with a URL of https://forms.zoho.com/[COMPANY NAME]/form/[NAME OF FORM]. Not receiving new ticket notifications
We have noticed that new tickets will appear in the ticket list, but we never receive a new ticket notification via e-mail. We do have the notification turned on and the majority of new tickets, we do receive the new ticket notification. I have narrowed it down to the fact that the tickets where we do not receive the notification do come via e-mail and the e-mail subject line has some text in brackets [ ]. Is there a work around for this?

Since maybe a week, we receive invites with CURRENT day instead of planned day of the appointment.
