Cannot Verify Domain and Account Locked for Unusual Activity
Hello, My domain is yorkshireifasupporters.co.uk and i have the correct verification name and txt data in place but it wouldn't verify. Because i tried so many times my account is now locked due to 'suspicious activity'. This is a matter of urgency please fix this ASAP. Thanks

Cannot subscribe to calendars from two accounts in Thunderbird Lightning?
We would like users to be able to have calendars in two accounts--a personal one, and a companywide one for common events. I created both accounts, and after subscribing to my personal calendar, I tried to subscribe to the company one. However, as you subscribe to it in Thunderbird, it is unchecked and grayed-out. I am never offered the chance to enter a password. I thought this was strange but decided to test it on a second computer. There, I subscribed to the company calendar, and it worked!

Hello, 1)I run a business in which a lot of company names are similar to one another OR a lot of the companies have similar names, but vary with location or the contact owner. The issue here is when i create a sales order or invoice i get to see only the display names Hence it shows repeated names and i am not able to find out the exact customer from the list. 2) Is there a way to stop the Display name from showing up in the billing address in the sales orders? I am not receiving emails
I am not receiving any emails for about 1 day now. I tried to send email to my self from several different email addresses to test, but nothing is coming through. I had this email account for over a year now without any problems, but now it's not working. I haven't changed anything so the problem must with with Zoho's service. Please kindly advise.

Always Tax Inclusive
Why cant you consider ALWAYS TAX INCLUSIVE addition to the existing options.. Since we are doing GST invoices, It is compulsory to keep TAX Inclusive in each invoice. Now we have to update the same to tax inclusive or check and confirm the same. In the retail Invoice there is no option to select the same. so we are suppose to alter the invoice after saving/posting. Kindly help us to solve the issue.

Now, when I clicked that button, It opens that document. But, My requirement is, when I clicked that button, It Should open the particular bookmark of that document. I am trying to organize my emails that I want to save, but I don't know how to move them to folders. I am still getting used to Zoho and I love this email service! PC version - when?
What progress - if any - has been made on the proposed PC version of Notebook? I asked to be included in beta testing a year ago but have heard nothing. It's a great app but being unable to sync to a PC version makes it pretty useless. I appreciate this may be a very minor development priority, but having at least SOME idea of the development schedule would be useful in making a decision on continuing to use it or abandoning it for one of the many less useful apps that sync with a PC version.

Issues with sending/receiving mails
Hi We created arzooo.com domain ids on zoho. We have set up DKIM, SPF etc all relevant settings. But whenever anyone sending a mail on any of the domain ids, it shows this mail id is not found. Mails are bouncing. Also, our mails are not going to any external ids. Pls help us resolve this ASAP.
Zoho Mail unable to verify account or password (works on other computer)
Hello! Apple Mail on Macbook Air says "Unable to verify account or password" despite having exactly the same settings as my iMac. Spoke to Apple Support that refers to Zoho. Both have latest update of High Sierra. Using imappro.zoho.com (993) for incoming and smtp.zoho.com (465 or 587, tried both) for outgoing. SSL for both. Any solution?

I am unable to set up meetings with my customers because their contact information is not being pulled in to the attendee list. Even if I type their email into the attendee list, the invites are not being sent out!

I have a personal Zoho email account, but it seems that the font size in the Zoho calendar on the web is too small and not the same as the rest of the email account. I've looked in settings, but I didn't find a font option that specifically effects the calendar. The calendar events look awful and are a bit hard for me to see (especially with night mode on)!
