Unable to Edit the Email Addresses of Agents
Hello, My company has changed our company email and I need to update the email addresses of all my agents. When I go to edit the agent info, it is not possible to edit the email address. Is there a way to edit these (including the primary admin)? Thanks, Jason

I have not sent many e-mails today, probably around 6. I've just tried to send another and received this message: "We regret to inform you that your email outgoing has been blocked and you will not be able to send further emails.This was done in accordance with the Zoho Mail Usage policy . Reason for the block : Mail rate exceeded limit However, we realize that this might have been unintentional. To unblock, please click here ." When will my e-mail be unblocked and what is the cause of this?

I am a paid subscriber and have been using Zoho email for months and love it. I use it on my PC, iPhone, iPad. However, the last email I received was yesterday, which is not the case as I have checked my email via my email provider's web portal and I have many messages since. Help...thanks! Bobby

Hello, When I send emails where I delegate tasks to someone else I usually flag those emails as "waiting for" so as not to forget to remind that person about the task later. I use a blue flag for that. Now currently I send an email and then access the Sent folder, find the message (usually it's on the top, because it was just sent) and flag it. However, this is a bit tedious. It would be great to have the ability to flag a message on the editing stage, similar to how the "Remind me" option

Syncing Outlook Calendar to Zoho calendar 2016
I am trying to sync my outlook calendar to my Zoho calendar. I downloaded the 64 bit zoho mail plugin, but it will not accept my outlook login credentials. For "email id" I am using my email address. Is this a problem with my outlook account being through my company and their security protocols are preventing it?

I have configured Zoho email, however when I send an email from Zoho to a customer, that sent item does not appear in my other IMAP clients. Isn't that the purpose of IMAP in the first place? Please advise how to fix this. Thanks!

Hello! When I click on a search results in Zoho CRM in the quick search a new windows pops-up. When I hit ENTER and click on one of the result it doesn't opens a new window. I have put off sharing this to give Zoho time to solve the problem. Before christmas my team reminded me that we struggled with the integration between crm and invoices as we use both accounts (sometimes) and contacts. We work b2b and b2c. I have 6,000 accounts I have 30,000 contacts I have a field in accounts called "type" and use a coded field. A type might be "hospital" I have a field in contacts called title. I am looking for "president" I want to send an email out to all presidents but only to hospitals. So my search criteria is "find all contacts with the title of president where the account type is hospital" Once the list is defined, I will start an email campaign How do I do this? Help.

Enable Notifications Button Not Working
Hello, I noticed that I stopped receiving notifications from the Zoho app on my iPhone. I double checked that notifications were still turned on in my phone settings, and they were. I went into the Zoho Mail app settings, and the Enable Notifications button is now turned off. When I try to turn the button back on, it moves back to the off position and I get the message "Darn! I am using ZOHO invoices. I work in a platform which allows buyers and sellers to meet and do business. So the our customers are primarily the sellers. We use rows for individual orders. Its natural that one particular invoice might require more rows , if the seller had more than 400 orders. Hence i need to have the facility to use as many rows as possible
