How to modify or delete custom fields?
Hi, I created a few custom fields for Items in Zoho Sales and would need to update/modify some of them, and to delete others. However, when i try to delete or to modify settings (such as "Display when creating transactions" from Yes to No), I have the notification that "since the custom field has been used in some transactions, it cannot be deleted" (although for some fields i just try to modify settings of the custom field, not to delete it)... What to do in that situation? Thanks in advance

Subscription for an entire household
Our subscription service is based on household meaning that anyone in the household can benefit from the subscription product. For our needs there will be a main customer who would fill out and update the residents in the household, so he/she would be the only one needing to login with the customer portal and make changes. I need to be able to capture the name, date of birth, and another custom field (Yes/No) response for all household resident's including the customer. How would I do this?

Hi, I create a template to our customer and use Remove Formatting tool in order to make all text of the same size. And I send it as usual to our client. However I need to push certain general parameters into the plugin, can't seem to do it through Zoho or Adobe Sign. Hi there, Our CRM users with the Outlook plugin are continually getting this pop-up in their Outlook: The pop-up is quite annoying and occurs anytime a user clicks on an email. We've also noticed Outlook takes longer to load up with the plugin installed, and the side pane doesn't always remember credentials.

Hola, tengo problemas al ingresar a mi cuenta de correo, mi dominio es www.mexv.cl Cuando ingreso al correo, la página me pide sicronizar el número de teléfono(que ya está hecho) y al ingresar nuevamente el número, aparece un mensaje de "El número de teléfono registrado ya existe". No puedo acceder al correo para terminar de configurar las cuentas. Gracias.
