My forms are shared but a user cannot see them
Hello, Our company recently joined Zoho. I am testing some forms. I have shared them with all users but one of my users cannot see any apps at the moment. Yesterday they could. On the App on their phone, on the forms tab it just says "Create new form". First of all, why can they not see the forms I made that I want them to fill out. Second, I do not want them to be able to create forms, only fill them out. They downloaded the Zoho forms app, is there a different one they should use? Sincerely, Kristie
Why do I already need an email address to sign up to Zoho mail?
Zoho is the only email provider I know of that requires new customers to already have an email address. This doesn't make any sense at all. I wonder how many potential customers have been put off by this. Please will you consider dropping this requirement? At least give new customers the option to nominate another account after they have signed up. Cheers.

Add Help Center Users to Departments
Is there a way to associate the Help Center to a Department and then restrict the user to only be able to see their assigned departments tickets. I see i can do it with an agent but would be nice to control what the help center user can see.

Import Note Module file
Hi team! For a client of mine I transferred some records from Account Module to Lead Module by an export-import operation. Some of these ex Accounts was linked with Notes. I analized the laest backup files (Account, Contact, Note) but I didn't understand how Note data are correlated with Account data: I thougth that Parent ID data in Note file could be present in Account data, but it's not so. I'd like to know how data are correlated between Note and Account in order to modify the Account codes

SPF TXT & Can't receve or send emails from windows lives
Hello Starting some time late last night got an message my SPF TXT was not verified even thought it was before and no changes were made. Also at or around the same time I can't send or receive emails from the zoho accounts I setup even know was working fine and I made no changes. Syncing mail contacts to Mac Contacts.
I've got mail work with my mail app on my Mac ( default mail app ) and it's working with IMAP. I can not however get my contacts to Sync from Zoho to my Mac Address book ( Contacts ). I tried msync and get no errors but also got no contacts. Setting up Contacts/Mail using only msync/exchange also does not work. Am I missing something or is this just not supported? Note: using msync does work on my iphone, but it's only one way. Adding a contact on my iPhone will not sync to Zoho. There is also
Email stops working after deleting and adding new domain
Hi, I wanted to change domain and I found here tutorial: delete old one and add new one. So I did it but after that email stop working - sending and receiving. All folders in web mail are empty, POP/IMAP doesn't receive it. Sending email doesn't work and even sent mail isn't visible in web mail. Domain seems to be configured properly (MX, SPF, DKIM). This data is recorded on an hourly basis per product, under ascending fields named stock_remaining_1, stock_remaining_2, stock_remaining_3 etc... Can't Access Website
My website won't load due to the following error: There was a temporary DNS error. Try refreshing the page. Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND I haven't changed any domain settings. This just started today for no reason. Edit: I also can't access the site via the xxx.zohosites.com address so I assume this issue is on your side. Edit 2: It just started working again. Round Robin is not working since a couple of days
Dear Support, Since December 2 tickets are not being assigned by Round Robin. All new incoming tickets remain unassigned. Our agents are online and Round Robin Rules are enabled.
