Passing form ID to a lookup's "Add New Entry" form
I have a "Project" that has been created from a form On edit of that project, a lookup field becomes visible In the lookup field, I want to add a new entry In the form that loads in the popup, I want to pass the (source) Project ID to a hidden field With the Project ID, I can then populate other details on the new form On Add I can't seem to figure a way to get the ID of the form the lookup is adding the new entry from. Any suggestions?
Relations in API calls
Hi, How can you fill in values for relation fills when manipulating records from the API? The GET value you get from the API is the display value of the form, not an ID or anything. So, what to fill in there from the API? Will it just work if I put the related element ID? I'm using the XML-RPC API. marc

I have a travel booking application. I wish to check all future bookings to see whether any journeys on the same day also are either starting or ending in the same place. I can use the post code field to establish where journeys are starting from and ending - UK post codes are split into two parts and I wish to use the first part only which specifies the general area. Serious problem with spamfilter
On account support amediateka.ru 300+ messages placed in spam folder. In admin console all antispam metods sets in allow email mode. This account has be used for users that wrote to support. How i can fully turn off any spam filters for this account? Adding domains to the white list in the domain and in the account, did not affect. Emails still go to spam. Hello - It would appear that Zoho has changed the way subject lines read for email notifications from Zoho Projects. Previously (as of last week), the subject line would read: Hey, you got a comment for "[forum name]" topic. Now they read: [user name] commented on forum This means that emails are being grouped in our email application by sender rather than by project/forum. Is this a setting that can be changed?
Server switch on the domain and my Zoho Email does not work
Hey, I need some urgent piece of advice. My domain was under a multidomain until recently. I moved it to an own server and my Zoho Email stopped receiving email Now I inserted again the MX and SPF and nothing helped. New to Zoho and wish to create a database
Hi, I'm new to Zoho and I wish to create a database of raw data client contacts. My existing data is on a multitude of excel spreadsheets some of which are duplicated. What is the easiest way for me to create this I will be looking to have four fields which would be name, home phone number, mobile phone number and product. I am presuming I need to make sure that all of my excel spreadsheets have their columns in this order? Am I able to upload all my spreadsheets then dup check by phone number

Hi, I am currently testing the free business plan with a view to upgrading to a paid plan once I am happy the core mail functionality is what I need for circa 6 users. I have a hosted domain but as multiple domains can't be hosted on the free plan, I am trying to set up 'Send Mail As' addresses. Although I have been through the required process of adding a new 'From' e-mail address and then verifying via the code that is e-mailed, I am not presented with the option of choosing that additional address

Audio quality on recorded webinar not very good
Hi there....I recently ran my first webinar through ZM. there were two issues: -the video did not actually start recording until 2 minutes after I clicked on the start recording button -and once the video did kick in, the quality of the audio was not very good. I have a professional microphone, and locally, the audio sounds great when I record, but the quality in the Zoho Meetings recording was not good enough that I will have to use another webinar platform for future meeting, sadly. Transforming a "Subtask" in to a "Task" of a Task List.
Hi all ! I'm using the free edition of Zoho Project. I created my task list, under this, I created some main tasks and under these main tasks, I created subtasks. The problem is in the Kanban view... the subtasks are not there.... So, I'm trying to change my subtask to a tasks.... but the I did not find option to do that in free edition.... Hello i have domain example.com ( just for demo ) and have mailbox address like info@example.com. As i found out that i can make custom login url like webmail.example.com to login to my inbox. However for some security reasons, i would like to use another domain say demo.com and my login url be like webmail.demo.com. Is this possible ??

Hi there. I have a situation where based on the value of a picklist, I want to set they layout for a contact. I know I can't do this directly in zoho (which is bizarre), and I know I can't use layout rules to hide related lists (equally bizarre). Hello, I recently migrated my email server to Zoho for the basic plan. I have created 10 email ids for my organisation. For few email ids the storage quota has exceeded. I need to understand what do you mean by Combined Storage? I access my email via Outlook using IMAP so what does combined storage refer to? Also can I buy Standard plan for just 4 accounts of my 10 active accounts? Regards
