Zoho books slow to respond
We are suffering with extremely slow respond times when using Zoho books. I have tried different machines and clearing history/caches etc, but it continues to be painfully slow. Is anybody having this issue or can advise? Thanks Mark

Sorry if this is a duplicate but my activity shows 0 posts. I have the problem of this domain is already associated with this account My domain is allseasonsmicrogreens.com, just registered, not verified. When I log in (even using my phone number) I'm taken to my inbox, and when I click Enable Mailhosting, and try entering the domain on the next screen, I get the above error.

I have the "domain exists" error for a domain I just registered. If I log in with the number I used to verify, I go straight to my inbox (no option to resend verification code). The domain is allseasonsmicrogreens.com. The domain is newly registered, and when i click on Enable Mailhosting, and input the domain I get "* This domain is already associated with this account "*****27"."
Fractions vs decimals
I need to program a form where if a user enters a decimal number a fraction is displayed, and vice versa. How can this be programmed? There does not seem to be generic support for fractions. Thanks!
Need Help With API Integration
Hi, I need help in pushing data from Zoho to a 3rd Party Server using the API functionality. I have the following with me : 1. XML Script to use 2. Auth Key 3. Leads URL Have created a Workflow Rule which calls an API Webhook. Need help in understanding the following : Ø What are the specific settings in the API Webhook (where to put the URL, XML, Auth Key etc) that we need to set so that every time the workflow rule is triggered, the API pushes the data to the 3rd party server
Not all emails show up in Outlook, but they are visible in Zoho mail.
One of our users noticed that not all emails are synced to his Outlook. Through the web interface all emails are visible. We tried updating all software and reboot the system. Are there settings that should be changed? Thanks

sudden change in contact information for new tickets
We are beginner users with ZOHO desk. Our registration form for requests for support is built in Wufoo and upon submission, an email with relevant information is sent to ZOHO and a ticket number is generated. I noticed that beginning yesterday, the apparent source of the ticket shifted from Wufoo to the preferred email address in the Wufoo form. This is great and I want to keep it this way, but I have no idea why it started and want to make sure we understand where that information is coming from.

Hi We are currently migrated from Sage to Zoho. This will make sense to all UK companies paying wages inc NIC and PAYE. Notebooks on mobile - how are they sorted?
There should be a sorting option for notebooks (as well as notes) on mobile. At the very least I'd like the default sorting to be "Date Modified (newest first)". Currently, I'm a bit confused as to how my notebooks are sorted. They are clearly not sorted alphabetically, and when I modify a note in notebook X, it doesn't get to the top of the list. So how are they sorted? Anyone here from Zoho?

Dashboard 3+ Columns
Is it me or one doesn't seem to be able to create a new Dashboard of 3 or more columns ? I can see the pre built Dashboards, some include 4 widgets side by side, but when I keep trying to recreate that arrangement, the boxes auto resize and I cannot replicate the same. This is counter intuitive and really, the only issue I've found with Zoho reports. Hopefully there is a trick to make this work. Daniel

Associate 3rd party senders to a Contact or Lead?
We receive a lot of emails associated with leads and contacts from other senders- third party vendors, forwarded emails etc. that do not have the Lead/Contacts email as the "sender" but that we want to link to a specific record.
