How to Add to Fetched Records?
I have a function that checks to see if an issue is overdue. If it finds any, it sends an email to a fetched set of people who indicated they want such emails. I would like to add the person to whom the issue was assigned to this list, even if s/he did not so designate. I tried fetchedUsers:ui.add(Users[Name == violation.Assigned_To]); but I get an error saying I can only try this in [ON-LOAD].
Copying a Lead to a new Custom Module
Hi there, I found a deluge script in this forum from another user who wanted to take a lead and move that lead to a custom module. However, the user wanted to list the copied lead as a dead lead. We do not want to do that. I have edited the deluge script to match our needs more or less, I think. However, when I "Save & Execute Script" the compiler finds an error on line 3. Is there any way for creator to access zoho people information??? It's a very common use case in any business to access the organization data, user's manager information, etc. Why is this not a thing yet? Very disappointed!!!

Hi ,I have a query regarding Importing data, as I'm importing data from local database(sql server). I'm able to import the tables but I'm not able to import my view table which I have in DB , So let me know how can I import my view data or else how can I import my view query to zoho reports ? Drill down on Bar chart not working
Hi We have noticed an issue on most of our reports where if you use the filter to select specific products and then click on the filtered bar within the bar chart, we seem to be getting all the data through rather then just the data for that period. Export email doesn't use filter
I've created a Tabular view report which I need to send to different email addresses based on the Project "Group ID". Regular export keeps whatever filter is current but export to xls scheduled email doesn't always keep the filter. Usually, it doesn't but I've run the same scheduled export email more than once by just changing the send time and have gotten an export that has the filter and others that don't use a filter. I've created separate reports so I only have one filter in place on each report

API Access for SAML-Authenticated Connected Application
Is there a way to automatically generate an API token for a user when they authenticate against a connected application? It seems like very bad UX to have an extension get installed, the user to authenticate using SAML, then have to go back and create an API token so my app can access their data. My application needs to process data server-side so the API is getting called from the server, not through the client SDK. Is there a better way to approach this?

Item Groups
Hi Can someone please explain the benefits of using items groups, rather than just adding all the products as separate items? One of the reasons I ask is because when searching for a single item there are spaces between the words whereas if added as a group I need to put hyphens in my searches. It would be easier to find things if I know that there are just spaces between the words, rather than potentially both. I am going to have a huge database of products so finding things easily is a big concern.

Hello, I setup my DNS records and can access my site from my desktop computer, but can't access it via mobile after deleting all browser data. I also can't publish or setup my SSL because ZOHO is saying my DNS records are not setup correctly. I've never published because of the error message, but I can access the site via a Desktop?
