I log in and see the dashboard. How do I see my emails?
Deals - Multiple businesses. Multiple processes. One CRM ?
We are an Email Marketing start-up with multiple clients. We do email marketing on behalf of our clients. We generate leads, run email campaigns, and setup demos for the Client's Sales Teams. Email Merge with merged PDF Document
I think I can do this with Panda Docs but only one contact at a time. In Zoho CRM can only do a email template merge or document template merge, but not both. Need a check box to include PDF copy and ability to do this for many contacts in a view and not just one at a time. Possible?
Sent email successful but unable to receive email
Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Pushing data from Creator to books
I am new to ZOHO. I have had the application about 4 months. I have an online customer apparel business. I would like for my customer to input data in my online form, add all the items detail and submit to Creator. From creator, I would to be able to create an estimate or invoice based a group of items. I know nothing about delug. I have spent the last 2 weeks reading and watching videos. I am more confused now than before. Please help. Where do I start? I have created a form in Creator.

Office 365 Integration

Changes to columns in main table not reflecting in existing Tabular reports
Hi I created a new table and from that several tabular reports which show only certain columns in each. I have since added an additional column into the main table but this column does not appear for me to select in the existing tabular reports. Problem in getting emails to recipient's inbox
I am facing problem in getting my emails to recipient's inbox to those who have Gmail or qq.com email. My dkin and spf are properly updated in DNS RECORDS. Its a huge inconvenience and solution provided by zohomail support is to ask recipient to add my email as NOT A SPAM.. which is kinda unprofessional.. this is not why we have chosen Zoho over any other webmail. Do fix it asap

Percent Data conversion error
I have a dashboard setup that pulls data on schedule from a Zoho Docs spreadsheet. Three of the columns are formatted as % in the spreadsheet. Those same data points are imported into corresponding % fields in the Zoho Reports table. This works fine for existing data in the spreadsheet, however when NEW data is added to the Spreadsheet, all data are changed to 1/100 of the actual value. The only workaround I have discovered is to manually reapply the % format to the columns in Zoho Docs. I think

What will happen to my datetime fields with British Summer Time (BST)?
Hi I have just noticed that the datetime fields vary depending upon the user's timezone. We have events booked in with a start date/time and end date/time. These events are booked up to a year in the future. If I book a November event today (in BST) with a start time of 8AM, what time will this field show in November (winter time)? It MUST stay as 8AM. Please can you advise what the datetime would show in November - 8AM or 7AM?

Associating ZOHO Froms to my Products...
I am a travel agent and have just started with Zoho... We carry groups of golfers from the US to the UK.. We create our trips as a Product.. Passengers can then be added to this product.. I want to send a link to a ZOHO form that will be linked to one specific product(tour) so that when potential clients fill in this form they are automatically added to that specific product... We are not able to send or receive emails from Zoho mail. When sending email it says that it is sent, but does not appear in sent folder, and is not received by the intended reciever. Also incoming mail is not being received. We've tested sending mail between Zoho accounts and to a Zoho account from an external account and neither have been received.

How do you measure deal velocity?
Many times the deal stage is updated after the fact. The problem is the deal stage date is the date the deal stage is changed with no ability to edit it. Also if there is a mistake there is no way to delete it. Outlook stopped downloading IMAP

How to remove hyperlinks to all cells in a column
If you select a cell or group of cells with hyperlinks you will usually have the option to "Remove Hyperlink..." from the right click menu. However, this is not consistent if you select an entire column of cells. Is there a command, shortcut, or any method to remove all hyperlinks from a column or even the entire spreadsheet?
Redirect after paypal payment not working
I created a form for donations and after the payment goes through I want PayPal to redirect back to our website. I'm not sure what's going wrong, but after the PayPal payment is made it gets hung up on the redirection back and just sits on that screen. I've thought I had it set up correctly, but perhaps not. Best way to to merge pivots into one report
Hi, I am evaluating zoho reports and can't work out if the following is possible. I would like to merge two pivot tables together to form a sales history and current inventory report. I think this can be hopefully be accomplished with query tables. Table one contains the sales data and the second table contains the inventory. I can't get useful answer from Zoho support on this, so I'm now here asking in the forum. Anyone have Desk and CRM integrated? Does anything about my contact/customer's Desk ticket history show up in the CRM? Or is the only benefit of this integration/sync that CRM contacts area available in Desk?
