Hi, I guess zoho is just releasing all this stuff but does anyone have any information, code samples or documentation on the "Context Handler" within Bots. I presume it's for passing back data to the bots describing the "context" of the conversation... EG: the user intent which should all us go deeper into a conversation. any info much appreciated

Hi All, anybody has found a way to collaborate with other company department using Zoho and something else? E.g. a task for a technical attachment to an offer must be assigned to a technician and it makes no sense to provide him with a Zoho CRM license just for this. Any integration e.g. with ToDoist or similar? Thank you
Regular importing data into a Custom Module with an Account Look-up field
I believe that, as of now, it is not possible to import data into a Custom Module with an Account Look-up field and see the custom module data on the Account immediately after import. - either through the import UI interface or via program code. I have searched the internet, spoken extensively to Zoho support but to no avail. Nowhere can I find anyone who seems to have done this. And this isn't some esoteric operation - surely most custom modules are related items on Accounts and/or Contacts
Scrambld characters in the receiving end of the e-mail
Neiter Zoho nor Infomaniak (our e-mail provider) solved this. The issue is probably with Zoho. Every time we send out a Template (pre-written text) with Rich text formatting there are unwanted characters in the recipient's end, a somewhat scrambled text with " things like for line breaks and for spaces". The text is without these unwanted characters in the Zoho (in Preview or in Editor mode). It occurs if the signature is rich text as well. The outcome: "Vicei Éva <! /span>Business Development

Bank Feeds do no refresh
Hi the bank feeds stopped refreshing. Says Refreshing Feed for awhile, does not error out. Then says will take awhile, but doesn't actually update. I have re-added the feeds any suggestions?
Request for discount value rather than discount percentage throughout Zoho Books
A lot of times, discounts are very specific and the percentage input box isn't accepting decimals after 2 places. Please fix this -- it causes issues.

Email Related List in Custom Module?
Hello, In potentials, accounts etc there is a default related list showing emails. I would like this to happen in my CustomModule3 please. In CustomModule3, I see the Emails related list but there are no emails showing? Any ideas please? Simon Moderation

So we use zoho crm but always found the invoicing within it a bit lacking. We really wanted repeat invoice and the ability to take payments via email invoice. From what I understand, only web timer entries can be pushed to the Attendance Module, not manually entered time logs. This makes the Attendance module useless as my company tracks what people works on (projects & jobs) not just what hours you came in each day. Outlook CRM Plugin Disappeared
Like countless other users of this plug-in, it has disappeared from my Outlook (2013) and I can't get it back. I've tried every SINGLE solution presented in these forums and nothing works. I tried the Load Behavior registry fix...didn't work. I tried uninstalling and installing the plug-in...didn't work I tried enabling/disabling the Add-In options in Outlook...didn't work Thoughts or alternative suggestions would be really appreciated. Custom download page (and support issues)
I've been using Zoho Workplace for several days now (a paid account, not a free one) and I like it for the most part, but I must say support has been non-existent so far. I had a question two days ago. I have since emailed it to support@zohoworkplace.com, support@zohodocs.com, support@zohocorp.com, support@zohoaccounts.com and even sales@zohocorp.com. My message to support@zohodocs.com elicited an automated reply which assigned me a Request ID. Other than that, there has been no response whatsoever.

Getting Error Occurred when signup for business email with custom domain

However, since Thursday im trying to register for the webmail for my company's website and every time I try to sign up I get the message error occurred and I sent a request for support but I didn't get any answer back until now. Autofilter based on Added_User == zoho.loginuser
Does anyone know if you can limit autofilters based on the loginuser...so that the filter drop down list only shows the records that match the current zoho.loginuser. The dropdown on the autofilters currently show every record in the form (field is full_name for example) and not just the ones created by the unique user. Thanks in advance. Joel

What is the best practice to monetize an Creator App through the Developer platform?
We are new to the Developer platform, we have created a couple apps for clients but are still not clear on the correct process to monetize and collect using Zoho Developer. Here are some questions we are looking to get cleared: 1) Is it necessary to add one user in the client´s account to add an external developer? 2) Is there a way to get Zoho to charge the base user fee, plus the developers margin to the client in one transcation with the client?
