Creating a new account
Hi there, When I first set-up the domain aceteammc.com, i'm able to create email addresses. But this time round, upon accessing, I couldn't see any control panel that would allow me to create email address. May I know how should I go about creating email address then?

Editing reocurring appointment of other users results in "event does not exist" message and event disappearing
When I edit a reoccurring appointment (calendar entry) to assign it to an other user than myself (I have full access right) or edit a reoccurring appointment of an other user than myself the message "event does not exist" is shown at the top of the page and the event disappears. (it is not about editing the participants of the appointment but the user the appointment series belong to), Thanks, Claudio
Define business hours for ticket tracking? (IE Excluding weekends)
Now that we have our entire support staff on Desk we have a KPI (key performance indicator) report setup to track resolution time. However the system takes weekends into account. So if a ticket is not resolved on a Friday and closed early Monday it still reports as 48hrs+ resolved time. Also putting a ticket "on-hold" does not pause the timer either. So say we're waiting on a customer to get us more information the system still thinks it's the Desk user that's taking forever to close a ticket.
Password Reset Email
When users attempt to reset their helpdesk portal password, the email is sourced from the @portal.zohoaccounts.com address and get's caught in our clients spam filters. Is there any way to have the email sourced from our 'from address' which is routed through our mail servers and then doesn't get caught as spam?
Zoho CRM to Woocommerce oAuth Authentication implementation.
Hi I need to implement the scenario that when a product is created in Zoho CRM it should triggers a creation of Products in Woocommerce. I found out the api for creating product. But the real problem is how to call the rest api via Zoho CRM which uses oAuth Authentication.Please help me in building headers of oAuth. It works fine for get method getting the list of products from woocommerce. But fails in post method which is responsible for creation of Product. It frequently shows Internal Exception.(not
Able to send out mail, but unable to receive.
I checked out my MX records in my domain settings and everything checks out. However, when I check with mxtoolbox.com nothing pops up. I have link the account to my gmail account. I can use my OWN gmail account to send and receive mail to my email at zoho, but am unable to receive any other mails other than myself. I've ensured that my configuration in gmail are all correct as well. Please help? Thanks!

So, i'm smack dab in the middle of my Zoho One trial, I LOVE it, but it's VERY overwhelming. Here are some questions I have. Why isn't there a consistent area to get back to your company ONE admin area, apps, and other crucial settings (like in the constant chat bar area). Is there any documentation on the chat bar? Overlapping apps: This has me VERY confused For example: Where do I store my contacts/customers: CRM, ContactManager, Campaigns, etc What to I use for website live chat: Desk or SalesIQ?

CRM report using Books data?
Z CRM is bett able to provide the reports we need than books. Is there some way to run a report in CRM which utilizes sales data from Books? Specifically I need a report which shows each line item from sales orders for our production planning. Ability to add tool tips to default fields
It would be useful to add a tool tip to the default module fields created by Zoho i.e. probability, amount For some of our staff, this is their first time using a CRM and we want to make it as easy and informative as possible for them.
Unable to run reports without error
Of recent, when trying to run a report and not customizing anything other than selecting Current Month, I receive "Unable to Process Your Request". I've logged out, back in, and using the standard report, Tickets by Account and again, only changing the date range to Current Month. I am an Admin to this account and have successfully run various reports in the most recent past w/o issue. All other functionality outside of Reports works w/o issue. DKIM + mail forwarding + inability to receive emails 100% of the time
Hello, I cannot get DKIM verified and I have followed your instructions to a T. Don't know what else to do. Email forwarding does not work, I don't know what else to do about that and this is something everyone in my team will need for a couple of months. I sometimes get emails, other times can't get them. Hi, I have a suspicion that my emails are being blocked by recievers (spam filters and such). Yesterday, when I checked with some online tools they claimed that I do not have a valid SPF record. Checking the admin control panel the SPF record checks out. Could you check if there is any issues with my account/SPF/MX? I am using the .com servers and not the .eu can that be an issue? Please Fix "Drag Images to Reorder Them" in Photo Gallery
This is the most frustrating part of Sites for me. When using the "Organize Gallery" button, I frequently need to replace an image with an updated one. Dragging that image to where it is supposed to be causes everything to jump around... getting it right is an arduous time consuming process. Spam Messages unviewable?
So apparently Zoho Mail is working again (status page says that everything is back online), but I made the disturbing discovery today that we have hundreds of legitimate emails that have been captured in the spam folder, and I'm now trying to go through it. I can't view any email that is over 30 days old; the error message that appears is the same as when the server was down. Please advise.

Hi, I am using zoho docs as main storage cloud solution to sync my laptop files. I found it's a good solution to prevent information lost. But i found recently, some of my files are 100BM and above, that's not a problem with docs, but when i edit those files on my laptop, a new revision is created in docs, so i have filled my quota space really fast because of this. Hi, I am receiving the below error when attempting to view the values of related records within a custom function, I am unsure how to grant this permission or if this is possibly related to this being a cutom module or similar. I'm told it may have been down yesterday as well. I use publisher to update and publish but the site is no longer available. I can login and manage the domain with my service provider. The automatic domain renewal with my service provider took place recently processed (October 16th). Is there something that changed at Zoho?
