Hi, I'm running Wordpress (with Woocommerce) since few months. I found the Zoho Campaign forms really intuitive but it seams that it's not working with my website. As soon I copy/paste the code for my form (Generated by Zoho website), my Revolution Slider is not loading anymore. The problem seams to come from the file jquery-1.11.0.min.js, If I comment this line, my Slider is shown again, but Zoho form isn't working. Is anyone found this issue and a turn around or a fix? Assist Freezes Samsung Phones
Hello, Love your product. I have a Galaxy 7 and my 80-year-old mother a Samsung J5. After connecting to her phone, it freezes and I just get a an opaque rectangle. I can't control anything or see anything if she does something on the phone. I have tried it with another friend's Samsung and have no problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Help me Guys I want to have a "disclaimer" displayed in the home page, one shall read and agree by clicking the button on the form, before one reads contents of my website. Hi, I use and IMAP cliend (Outlook and iphone) to connect to my zoho mail. I frequently get messages that are not spam in my spam folder. Since that can't be fixed my idea is to at least auto mark the sender as safe when I move the message from the spam folder to the inbox. Thank you, -David

I keep getting this error message: " We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again." It has been over an hour. I'm trying to use criteria to filter records by month, e.g.: Date_Field.getMonth() == zoho.currentdate.getMonth() or Date_Field.getMonth() == zoho.currentdate.subMonth(1).getMonth() However, it doesn't seem like I can use a function on the left side of this equation. Hello We do offer surveys in which respondents can choose between three languages. But the original language of our surveys is Dutch. Whenever I export final results of a survey it is allways in the orginal language of the survey. Is there a way to export survey results in one of the translated languages offred to respondents?

Unable to delete task in group calendar
I am unable to delete a task in a group calendar. I click delete (and am a moderator) and i get the confirmation box for deletion, I click OK, and the task still stays there. Also on the desktop for that group, there is an error where the calendar should display saying there's a null pointer exception. We're running the newest versions. Thanks

Android and iOS app: Sort Time Entries by Billed and Unbilled
On Android, this is the screen I'm talking about: Zoho App > Menu > Time Tracking > Time Entries On the top, you are allowed to sort the time entries by Today, This Week and This Month. What I'm proposing: To add another sort drop-down which can sort the entries by Billable and Un-billable. Why: This allows me to understand how many activities for a client are going unbilled and also gives me a better picture of how much earning happened during the selected time period.
Date Pattern not recognized when importing data
Hi, I'm trying to import a data set which send a Date column in the format below: 2016-07-19T17:35:25-03:00 (it comes with a "T" between day and Hour) When I set the Date field in the import process to: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ (which is standard in the list of date formats available in Zoho Reports) IT won't import the column, saying the format is not like the imported data. The alternative is to choose the column, Find and Replace the "T" for a "space", and then change the format to the one below:

Hello, I am trying to import a list of customers via CSV import - my customer list has some items that have duplicated customer display names. I have set the option in the preferences to Allow Duplicate Customer Display Names, however when I try to import via CSV - it won't allow the duplicates but it will allow me to create duplicates if I create them via the UI. Hello, I'm currently trying out the free version and have a form with a hidden input. I'd like to populate that via the query string on the page where the form is embedded (using the JS snipped). I have appended the initialization script with ?SingleLine=12345 and it all looks good in my html source when looking through chrome devtools.
