Hi, I have a formula column calculating duration of a service call. It currently looks at two columns formatted as DD-MMM-YYYY HH:MM and subtracts one from the other to show the difference. Is it possible to have this shown in hours and minutes, rather than just minutes? The above would then show as 01:15:00. In excel the format would be [h]:mm:ss, but this doesn't appear to work in Zoho reports as it results in the following error: "The parameter DATEFORMAT does not match the accepted input pattern".
Emails automatically deleted?

I would like to develop your classic shopping cart experience... on the right side of the screen an iframe with report of all available inventory with pictures, an input for the qty and a custom action to "add to cart" on the right of the screen an iframe with the contents of your shopping cart. But Zoho does not allow me to have the user enter a number in the qty field on the left report. How do I work around this.... any ideas?

I am having trouble with zoho meeting, I can not find it in my zoho one account.
No "frozen" options in pick lists
Should be able to delete, or at least edit, "frozen" options (i.e., Unqualified) in pick lists such as Candidate Status. Some companies might use different terms than what is listed and if they are not used, then is just clogs up the field. Thank you.

Email address registered to landline number mistakenly
Hello Zoho Team, I was trying to create new email account. I have mistakenly sent a verification code to my landline number. Now I cannot register my domain. It says "It is already registered to my landline number ", where I cannot receive the code. I do not have super admin credential as I just started this. I need to have that domain name. Please suggest how to unregister my landline number from that domain, so that i can register It to a mail address.

Where is "Advanced Search?" Is "Advanced Search" now "Filter by"? Is it possible to do a module-agnostic and field-agnostic search for a string for any given record (Account, Contact, etc)? Content of Ticket in Notification mail
Hi I would like to know if it is possible to get the content of the ticket into the notification mail. For example. When my client send a mail and Zoho Desk creates the ticket, I receive a notification mail tha my client has created a ticket but on the mail it says "view ticket". Problem with credit note and again summary report in payables
Hi every one I have aproblem with again summary report in payables I did a credit Vendor against burchase bills For example i have a vendoer and i puchased some goods from him for example on Jan 2017 with 100$ on Feb 2017 i returned that goods to him and did a Vendore credit with same products and same price, but when i check again summery report in payables i still see the purchase bill in the report and offcoure that lead to show the total amount of payables increase than the reality with 100$

Sharing my calendar with a group does not work
If I share my calendar with specific users my events show up in their "Other Calendars" section. But if I share it with a Group, my events do not show up in any of the Group members' calendar. This appears to be true in both the old and new interfaces. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
