Update user role on a project thru API
How do I update the role of a user on a project? Currently I can add a user on to a project using the “POST /portal/[PORTALID]/projects/[PROJECTID]/users/” API, but don’t see a way to update a role of an existing user on a project.
Solution to get timelog history for a project
I want to fetch full timelog for a project from created date to today. I followed Zoho Project's API and there are options 'View_type'=> 'month' or 'week' or 'day' and the 'date' from requested view type (i.e. month or week or day) to requesting date. IPlease let me know how can I fetch all the timelogs from created date to till date?
convenience fee
Hi i would like to know how to add convenience fee when billing a customer? say the bill is 1000 and i need the 3% to be paid by a customer how do I add it manually to the bill after total amount? is it done in tax or adjustment? can my customer see the the convenience fee if i would like them to see it?

How do I get my reports to automatically refresh with updated information in forms?
We currently use reports to store and sort recipes... If the cost of goods changes and we change it at the source, I would like for the reports to reflect the most current price. Is there code I can add that tells the report to refresh with updated values when opening?

Paypal USD account - FCY balance (USD 0) vs BCY balance (SGD 81.39)
Dear Zoho Team, I have a problem with my Paypal USD a/c balance. Paypal USD a/c statement at year end 30/6/2017 is USD 0; FCY balance in Zoho book is USD 0, but BCY balance in Zoho book is SGD 81.39. I believe the BCY balance should be SGD 0 too. And I realised there is no realised exchange gain/loss recorded for this account during the year (there are receipts and payments transactions during the year). Calculate to Add 'x' Weekdays in Workflows
Is there any way to calculate weekdays in workflows? Example: Workflow to schedule a call back in 2 days is instantiated on a Friday - so currently schedules the Task for the coming Sunday. But need to be able to schedule for 2 weekdays into the future - so should actually be scheduled for next Tuesday. But if actioned on a Monday, Task should be scheduled for Wednesday, etc...

Reverse an accidentally sent invoice
I have a scheduled invoice which was marked as a draft for invoice in 7 months which I accidentally marked a payment against. The invoiced was marked as sent and paid. I have deleted the payment from the invoice and associated it with the correct invoice. I am now in a position where I need to mark the invoice as draft once more otherwise it will be not sent in 7 months. How can I achieve this? Thank you in advance. Sam

Is there any command that will sign out a customer portal account? I have a page embedded in my website that requires a Customer Portal sign in. But there is no option to sign-out. Even closing the browser does not sign the person out. This can be a problem on public computers!

Tick box in reports
Hi I have an table that includes entries from a list of tick boxes in 1 cell with each item separated by a pipe. . See example This makes adding the total number of any item difficult. Is there any way i can return the individual entries in the end column (advice given) into a filter where i could choose the individual item rather than the entire column of many individual items - which is what i can do just now. I work in a wedding planning boutique. When a bride/couple comes into our studio they complete a walk-in form that includes 27 categories of wedding vendor types (caterer, photography, florist, etc). Adding Products - Too Many Clicks!
It would be great if... When I add a product to a quote / Sales order / invoice, a new product line appears automatically rather than clicking "Add Another Line" each time I want to add another product. My Problem If I want to add 10 products I have to click "Add Another Line" a total of 9 times. If I have 4 or more products I then have to keep scrolling down so I can first see the "Add Another Line" link before I can click it I can't click "Add Another Line" multiple times to show multiple line
