Hi I am trying to work out the reason that I cannot receive emails. I can send them Ok but I cannot receive test emails sent into my domain email
Creating views based on month
We have a need to create a view with products that are sold in the month of march, and so on... is there a way to filter this out. We have been using the date field with the hopes it could be used.
Two factor authentication phone number
When setting up this new account I was asked to provide a recovery MOBILE number but then found that I cannot use the same number for two-factor authentication. What weird logic is behind that absurd decision? How many people maintain two cell phone numbers? Why can't I change the recovery number to a land-line?

Hi, I've been using zoho for over six months and I've been very pleased. I have 3 users on the domain. Lately the outlook constantly asking for a password (for all users). Improve custom views in sales orders - such as OR and IS NOT
The custom views in Inventory for sales orders are very limited and not much use as they stand. As well as AND we should have OR As well as IS we should have IS NOT This would enable us to filter out orders. See attached image of screenshot.

Invitation emails won't be sent
Hi there, When inviting a new user from our Zoho Desk, the invitation email doesn't get sent anymore. I've changed the texts in the template, but still no result. To check if there was any issue with the recipient, I sent a test invitation to a dummy account in our company and did a mail trace. The invitation was never offered to the account, so it looks like something is going wrong on the Zoho Desk side. Can someone help me solving this issue?

UAC and Unassisted Client
Quick question. If I install the unassisted client on a computer, will that allow me to connect and see the UAC on the technician side (basically, install the client as a service)? I haven't played with the unassisted client and don't see a use for the unassisted functionality, but I need a way to get past the user having to type in a password at a UAC prompt.
Can a Form on a Page drive a Report also on the page?
If I have a Form that's embedded on a Page and it has a relationship to another Form's data, can I also embed a Report (in list view) below that Form on the Page and have the data in the Report show the Report for the records related to the record shown in the Form portion? Holiday Time
Hello! I currently have my Time/Attendance settings at Minimum Hours 12:00 and Lenient mode because when I run a report if it I set it to 8:00 it cuts some of the hours worked out of the report. Anyhow, because of this when I put in a Holiday it automatically puts 12 hours in for the number of hours for the holiday. How can I either: a) change the minimum hours back to 8 without it effecting the Hours summary report stating how many hours were worked or b) change the number of hours attributed
