Código de Verificacion no me llega !!!
Buenas tardes, Hace 1 mes Mírame una cuenta de correo con el siguiente dominio pendrav.com, pero nunca me llego el código de verificación de mi móvil para activar la cuenta, ahora deseo entrar pero me venda el error siguiente . Espero solución de mi caso.

Question regarding upgrading
Dear zoho team, I do not understand how much will I be charged if I upgrade my account. So far I'm using free princing for testing but my aim is to create different accounts on different domains as the example you'll find below: I need to manage abc.com and dfg.com domains with 2 email accounts each. I dont understand if I will be charged for 4 users or only 1. Could you please clarify my doubts in order to upgrade my account? Thanks in advance.

NEW PROBLEM WITH SENT EMAILS FROM ZOHO
As of yesterday, Aug. 9th, 2017 and today, I have been unable to send emails from my zoho email account. I receive emails with no problem but cannot reply to received emails and cannot send new emails. I have never had this problem previously. Can someone help?

Spacer.gif in e-mail
When answering a ticket by e-mail, a 1x1 image 'spacer.gif' is placed into the e-mail. When a customer wants to answer this e-mail but doesn't allow external content to be in the e-mail, the e-mail gets a weird format. (see image below) Is there a possibility to remove this 1x1 image when sending an e-mail from Zoho Desk?
Calls "related" box
I wish this was editable on incoming calls. We just got our ring central integrated with our crm and it is so awesome, but it would be great if we could then edit the "related" field. We are using it for real estate so we get calls from other agents asking about a property and we have a custom module for our listings so it would be great if i could attach that incoming call to that item in the custom module.

Searching in Custom Module
I've created a custom module that contains the following fields: Created Time DateTime Last Activity Time DateTime Modified Time DateTime SIC Code Single Line SIC Code Owner Lookup SIC Name Single Line (Unique) When I access this module from the lookup field in the Leads module that I created it only allows me to search based on SIC Code. Is there any way to make it search also based on SIC Name?

SPAM IS RIDICULOUS
What has just happened with ZOHO? We are now getting inundated with SPAM. This is ridiculous...its worse than Yahoo. Our filters are fine. ZOHO needs to start getting more aggressive with this. This could be curtailed quite a bit I would think at the admin level and needs to be addressed. The quality of the user experience is declining quickly. Thank you.

Permission denied when trying to log call from within Zoho iOS app
Hello, Whenever I make a call from within the iOS app, I am getting the error: "Permission denied to add record. Please contact your administrator." I am the only user on my account and obviously have full administrative rights. It just started saying this today and before then it would ask if I would like to log the call. My remote assist session failed today because: The end user, using Edge, was prompted with "You'll need a new app to open this zohoassistlaunch." The only choice is "Look for an app in the store." Screen shot attached. I think I found a workaround; this post is to share my frustration when trying to guide a user into a remote session. Unable to import deals
Hi I've been trying to import a CSV file of deals into Zoho CRM. So far the account and contact imports have been working fine. Every time I try to import the 85 records I get an error message as below. Here is the link to 1 line of the sample data. What is wrong? Is it the date format? I have already tried format it to mm/dd/yyyy and have tried imports from CSV as well as .xls formats. Auto populated sheet data from a form (zoho sheets)
Having created a form with 5 variables, I have decided I don't want the 2nd, 3rd or 4th variables anynore and have deleted them from the form, which has deleted them form the sheet. This leaves me with the 1st and what was the 5th variable on the form. In the sheet I have timestamp, user, then variable 1, then three empty cells, then variable 5. How can I tell the form to enter var5' data in the cell immediately after var1, I have A B C

Hi, I needed to access timesheet data for a project from the time it started using zoho api.What should be the values for the view_type and day parameter in GET request specified in api reference for doing so. I was able to generate timesheet data only for a single day.

We are paid users of Zoho Invoice. One of the employees in our organization lost his Two-factor authentication tokens. We looked at the help docs and it suggested that we go to Zoho Mail control panel to reset/disable Two-Factor auth. How to embed a spreadsheet in a docs?
Is there a way to link a spreadsheet to docs? Let's say I have a table in zoho spreadsheet and I want to embed that in docs. Every time i change a value in spreadsheet, I want the value to be updated in the docs. Is that possible? It looks there is embed option available in spreadsheet but it is not showing my entire spreadsheet.
Duplicate records within Converted Leads
As per your recent announcement of this new functionality & upon setting it on my side, my Leads are suddenly duplicated even though the 'email' is set as unique - why? Lastly, it's great to de-deduplicate against converted Leads but you don't provide a way to be notified on those so called 'duplicated' Leads? For example, I might have Leads being inserted in so many different ways by so many different people, how would I know when a new Lead was 'blocked' because it is already a Contact?
Sum MAX values based on date
