Hi, We have followed the advice about settings for Sales IQ but still this is not showing on our website for visitors. It just stopped working this morning. Unable to setup IMAP with Android.
I'm receiving the following credentials error when attempting to setup IMAP with my account. I've enabled IMAP via the portal and I don't have 2FA enabled. Also triple checked that the password is correct. Any ideas what's causing the issue? Regards, Colin.
Export Projects Overview
Hi, I am looking to export the Project Tab into a csv. We have over 100 project running and even though the overview works great to get an overview, I would like to analyse it in Excel. If the same columns can be exported that are visible in the overview that would make sense (e.g. owner, milestones, start/end date). Most other 'lists' are able to be exported, if this could be done as well, that would be helpful. Thanks, Menno
Zoho Mail Slow to Send
Hi Guys, I use Zoho Mails web interface, which I love btw. However in the past week or so I have noticed that it has been very slow to send email out, specially when they have attachments (which are already loaded as far as I can tell). I haven't noticed this before the last 7 days or so. I can't imagine there's anything wrong from my end as I'm using webmail, so wondered if you had been doing anything your end? Cheers Simon

I have the domain ulgebra.com, when I create a mail account it says This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@u*****". But I'm the owner of this domain, How to rectify this and verify that this is my domain?Help me asap.Thank you
Zoho Projects and Website Integration
I have a question about Zoho Projects and the widget inclusion on our new website (our ultimate goal is to use it for InterDepartmental Organization). Does anyone happen to know if I create some projects and a team right now in Zoho Projects (externally, not connected to new website) if those projects and connections will have to be re-developed and created once we input that widget extension onto our new website? Or will the existing created information transfer smoothly?

When filtering for "last 30 days" or "last 7 days" anything with today's date is not included. Is there a way to create a filter that essentially says "today or last xx days"
Changing Messages from ZOHO
How can I modify the "Data Updated Successfully" and "Please Wait". I have a slow DSL connection, and when I change the information in the database, the messages cover a large amount of the data and I am forced to wait until they disappear before continuing. I know I must wait until the change is actually made, but if I could see the data while it is being changed, I can be planning what to do next. I looked on the Internet with this question and your site says to open DASHBOARD and then FORM PROPERTIES.

Error adding user in ZOHO Forms
I created a form in ZOHO Forms using the user admin@goldenyearsplus.com and I tried to add the user ddb@goldenyearsplus.com. Unfortunately, I keep getting the following error when trying to add ddb@goldenyearsplus.com as a user. I currently have ZOHO CRM Professional and I login to CRM using ddb@goldenyearsplus.com.
random tagline showing in every sent (from me) email preview
In the email preview on Gmail and Zoho there is an old tagline. It was never included in Signature. I think it was used in a previous LeadPages or ConvertKit email sequence. Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.
How to add print button in creator
Hi, I am new to the creator. I am working on a form to print a copy of the same when I use the Print Button and also create a copy of the form in my system in some assigned storage place. How is a user account defined?
Hi, I'm planning to buy the 2$/month plan and I was wondering how a user account is defined? I'm planning to use two or three domains, set up something like this: mail1@domain1.com mail1@domain2.com mail2@domain3.com mail3@domain3.com It doesn't matter if all those e-mails are collected within one inbox, but does that still count as just one user? I actually just want to use several e-mail addresses for sending and receiving.

Hi, We have purchased Zoho campaigns account. I want to add a User emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com in campaigns but Emma accidentally made a separate campaigns account before me. Now it says This email address emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. We can't see a way to deactivate Emma's campaign account so I could add her as a user to our purchased version. Can you please help me out asap? Thanks!
Populate new field with portion of text from another field
Hello! I'm new at this, and hoping to fix what I think was an error I made when importing a list. I have a large list of radio stations. They represent a variety of formats, signal strength, etc. When I imported, I combined all of that "extra" information into a single field called "Description." At the time, I didn't think I'd need those elements called out individually. Now, I'd like to be able to pull out the FORMAT information, and create a field that allows me to select stations based on that.

Hello, In my form I have a script which until yesterday worked fine. But now it returns wrong data. It reads last record by added time. It returns time 9 hours back, it is really strange, because the seconds and minutes are OK, just the hours are 9 hours back, as if the code would work in different timezone? Problem trying to download using curl
Hello. I am trying to download a report result in CSV format using Zoho Creator's API using curl, but I keep getting "curl: (35) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to creator.zoho.com:443" errors. The URL begins with "https://creator.zoho.com/api/csv/..." and works flawlessly if I try it from a browser. I have even tried adding " --cipher rsa_rc4_128_sha" as proposed here, with no success either. I am behind a Windows proxy. Could you please tell me the right way to do this? Thanks in advance.
