I need to mask part of account number in inventory template
Hi, I have an inventory template in my CRM that I send to clients, but the automatic invoice number created by Zoho is far too long for most of my clients payment systems and they always miss off end digits so hard to match up. I don't want to re start the numbering - can I just reduce the number in the template to show only the last 7 digits. Invoice: ${Invoices.Invoice Number} Can I Make a simple edit in the HTML editor to show just the last 7 numbers of the account number?

Rounded payment received from customer
Hey there, I have raised one invoice to my customer for Rs. 66,075.60/-. Now that customer has paid me in two parts. First payment as Rs. 50,000/- & second payment as Rs. 16,000/-. (Total 66,000/-). Now account of that customer in books is open as Rs. 75.60/- which I will not get from customer. (It is like he is paid rounded amount & rest of the amount that I need to forget like cash discount) So my question is if I want to close account of my that customer than how can I do in zoho books? Feature request: CSS editing in record summary
Hello, I really like the idea that I can customize a record summary template to fit my organization's needs. However, I feel that the HTML editing feature is very limited by itself. Would Zoho consider giving users the option to edit the page in CSS? I think this would be an extremely useful feature which will give users the ability to further customize the templates. Thanks!

help to fit graph report into dashboard / screen

Email signature social media icon won't show
I inserted a facebook icon and an instagram icon into my email signature. I highlighted both icons to embed links in them. I did many email tests and also redo the works many times, but the two icons won't show up when you open up the email using the iphone default email app. There were just two white boxes. If you click on those white boxes then the links would work though. However, if you use a laptop to check the email, then the icons and links showed up and worked fine. It was just looking

not receiving emails
hi, this is now the 3rd time within a week that we have not received emails sent through sendmail in Zoho creator. we have a production system that has been affected each time. zoho made a fix twice but the problem's back again? i called support and no one picked up. i've sent an email to customer support but no one's responded.
Can't access my uploaded documents
All of a sudden I can't view or download the documents that are uploaded to my application. Last week my staff and I could. Now they are denied access (even though they are granted access) and When I click on them nothing comes up. Anyone experience this? There is nothing in field permissions that has been changed. Help! Can't receive emails
when i try to send email to any user on my domain I'm getting the following error. his message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Xx@xxxxx.com INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 <Xx@xxxxx.com>: Recipient address rejected: user Xx@xxxxx.com does not exist Users can send email but can't receive replies. This is a critical issue. What's going on??!!
Event view with location
After some great advice on here i realised we should use the Location on events to help us. BUT. i s there a way of showing the location in events on the calendar view with out clicking on the event. This would make appointment taking so much easier. We have been writing the location in the subject just so we can see it but that is rubbish. Hopefully this is something that we have missed and not a feature that is in the pipeline.

Hi! I have connected Zoho CRM with my mailbox via IMAP. This mailbox has a few aliases and I am not sure how to access them. They work but when testing them with mail-tester.com, they get a score of less than 5. It says the Sender ID does not authorize the server to use that address. Is there a way to authorize the use of aliases? So far I have tried to add them with "Organization Emails" tab and "Email Settings > More From Address" We do not want to migrate the mailbox from our own server to Zoho

Why the delay between Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM on inbound email alerts?
So when I have my email set to be received in Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM. I will receive an email and receive the alert from Zoho Mail, it will be received and Zoho CRM too...but here's is the problem. I do not get an alert on the top of my screen for some time. The delays are significant and make working in CRM exclusively a hassle. Paul
