Is there an API for Zoho Chat? I was recently at a Zoho event and thought I heard mention of one, but searching for documentation hasn't turned up anything. I'm currently using Slack but would consider switching if an API exists to allow me to do some things that I don't want to give up with Slack. Has Zoho Reports crashed?
I'm not able to open any of my reports, let alone work on them. I had yesterday written to Support requesting urgent attention but no reply so far. Today the situation seems to have deteriorated. There is not even an error message. All I see is the below (Generating Report...). Recent experiences have left me look for alternatives. Does anybody here have a first-hand experience with Microsot Power BI or Amazon QuickSight and tell how they compare.
Joint credit card transactions feed
We have a Barclays business account (UK) and the transactions of two users with separate cards show up together in the imported data. There doesn't seem any way to tell them apart. Do I simply get each user to import the feed and work out if there any unclaimed transactions? Or is there a smarter way to work around this? Thanks!
Evernote migration tool stuck at 67% for over a week
Greetings, I was very excited to learn that with the latest update, the Evernote migration tool was finally available for use. I started the process and quickly got stuck at 67%. It's been stuck at 67% for over a week now, which seems unacceptable. I have contact support several times and have received no reply. Can you please reset my account so I can try the migration again? It doesn't let me do anything. Thanks!

Hi there, I write my mobile phone number in my signature but after 3 sent emails it disappears from my signature, because of that I always want to copy and paste from a sent email, this is not much useful. How can I solve that? Tnx in advance.

Can't add alias email
Hi When I first joined zoho I thought I could add alias emails so that I could separate emails coming form website registrations from one from friends etc. I've read the help guide and it said to log onto the admin section which I've done but I still can't add an alias. I've also read somewhere else that I have to have a domain now to be able to add an alias email. I have not idea how to get a domain. What can I do please? Thanks Fiona

Hi! I registered account @krasuserviss.lv and as admin e-mail mentioned it@krasas.lv e-mail address. I wan't to log in now in the admin panel, but it shows that verification e-mail is sent to it@krasas.lv. But that e-mail doesn't really exist and I can't add alias for example from it@krasas.lv to toms@krasas.lv to receive it. And now I am stucked. Also I can't register @krasuserviss.lv from beginning, system shows that it is already taken. Can you please help me? Probably just delete @krasuserviss.lv

Why is it not possible to set a default Date/Time format for ALL Imports, OR have the Import function remember last used as it does for mapping of import file OR have the CRM use a Date format based on the Users Personal Settings? Every day I have to ensure I remember to set the correct format !!!

Importing Sieve Rules
Hi, I'm just switching over from using my own server. (postfix / managesieve / roundcube) On my server I had configured ManageSieve to sort my emails into various subfolders. (This was done on the server side, as opposed to have it on the Individual Clients). Hey all, quick question: I'm trying to figure out if something is possible with Zoho. I have users which come in as "leads", which then attend an event (which I've renamed from Product). I can add the event to a user to show that they will be attending the event. Is there a way to customise that link, however? As in, each user will not be up to the same stage. I would like to be able to show that this user is going to the event, but as "Unpaid" for instance, or "Rejected" or something like that.
