Custom Function: search for field value in Account
Hello, when a custom field in the ticket is updated to a certain value, we need to retrieve the value of a field in the Customer to which the contact belongs to, and set a field of the ticket with that value. We think this can be done with a workflow & a custom function. We would need help with the custom function since we have very very few (almost none) experience with this. The details are as follows: 1.- The workflow is triggered when the field "Create Return" in the ticket is updated to "Yes".
Adding notes - have to click twice before I can start typing
I was wondering if anyone else in the forum is encountering this issue. Whenever I want to add notes in any module, I need to click on the text area box twice before the cursor would focus on it. For example, when I click on it the first time, I get this: The cursor is not focused in the "add a note" textbox and I can't type anything. I have to click on it a second time before it can get focus: Is this normal and why is this not a bug?

Zoho Subscriptions to Stripe Subscriptions?
I notice that when I process a customer using Zoho Subscriptions and using Stripe as my payment gateway, the payment will show up in Stripe, but Stripe does not show that there are any Subscriptions. Should it? Or is the reoccurring payment (subscription) only happening on the Zoho side and Stripe does not see it a subscription?

WP-Mail-SMTP Not working with Zoho SMTP Server

Hello! I have products that I sell and I offer the ability to have the customer pay up front (one invoice) or divide the payments over 12 months for monthly invoicing. While I know that I can do an invoice for the entire amount, what is the best way to divide the amount owed and invoice over 12 months? Is this possible? Do I have to do this manually? Thanks!

Concept of "Companies" and "Contacts"?

Calendar Invite From CST to EST - Time Zone Conversion Is Not Working
Hello - Every time that I get an invite from an individual in a different time zone the event is placed on my calendar in unconverted time. Ex. An individual invited me to a meeting at 8 am CST. When the invite came in it said that the event was at 8 am EST. I checked my calendar and it is on there at 8 am EST. Please let me know what I can do. My time zone setting is EST.

Hi. I want to use ZOHO for 5 or more companies/projects. What is the best way to use ZOHO regarding user administration. Should I create just one User (one generell User for the whole ZOHO universe) and this user can be part of all the different projects / companies? Or Should I use one User for each project / company? Or Is it better to have one admin-user for changing the settings and one normal-user for working productivly? Pleas tell me pros and cons. Thank you!
Alignment issue on outlook
The email campaign which I am sending is having alignment issue on outlook. Previously i have never faced this problem. On mobile, ipad etc the email is centrally aligned, however on outlook its is coming on the left side, also there is 1 story which is coming under another story and again having issue with alignment.
