Dear helpdesk team! We are using Business mail with domain. I'm trying to setup Zoho Business Plugin. I couldn't login with my email The message is:"You seem to have entered an invalid username or password.Please try again. " What I have to input in Email Id field? or how to login?

Unable to create mail aliases
I have been trying to create mail aliases moein_ar(at)supremecourt.gov.bd in my account moein.chowdhury(at)supremecourt.gov.bd. After several try I failed and getting the same msg "Unable to add aliase adresses" How can I resolve this?
Hacked-My other email mail box has been disabaled and now I cant access it
I have and info@ and simon@cheshirecelebrations.co.uk email address, I received an email saying that I had exceeded my mail box limit and that I should login in and manage the space or buy more allocation. When I logged into simon@ and deleted a few emails, I was then asked to log out and re login, when I did this I couldn't re login using the my original password, zoho email seems to have blocked me so can you please advise why i cant log into my account
Custom Function While Making Invoice
Hello, while making invoice "Quantity" Field Should be Updated by Multiplication of 2 "Custom Fields". (One "Custom Fields" is in PreSet Value, and One "Custom Field" Value in Entered Manually. Hi, I "send email" through the CRM contact, but I'm not getting the right results I should be on reports. I know the emails were opened because I received responses back. Any one no reason why they are not registering opens, clicks etc.

Hello, Zoho invoice free is adding Zoho ad (sent by information) to outgoing email subject even if email body have "powered by" information. This is very bad commercial promotion because is no one can prefer to use it in this way. Free version is very limited, on the other hand standard plan very expensive. Why? Basic plan is not good option because of 50 contact 1User limitation. Standard plan seems very good but cost is 150 USD per year so 550 Turkish liras because of exchange rate difference.

Using custom buttons to log activity
I'm trying to create a faster way for reps to log remedial tasks like Left Voicemail, No Answer, No Voicemail, Send Canned Email (without using the send email button, choosing template) etc. Thought was to use a custom button at the top of a lead view that would, in 1 click, log a task, mark as completed, change lead status, and move to next record. Has anyone see this type of integration done in Zoho? I've had it done in SFDC before to improve efficiency. Appreciate the help/guidance.

First . I import a googlesheet named "Customers" in zoho creator. Second. Hey guys, Hope you're great around there :) I believe I've got the same issue (error) but let me explaining you what happened. A few weeks ago I created a Zoho account with the email "srandrediaz@gmail.com" associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Today, I deleted this account and created a new one with my present email, "nelsondiasdmkt@gmail.com", which was also associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Neverthless, I wasn´t able to validate the domain (guess it's stuck to the previous one).

Can't See Forms in WordPress
Hi, I've installed the Zoho Campaigns plug-in for WordPress. API integration was successfully completed. I clicked on the forms option of the plug-in, but needed to setup mailing list. Custom layouts for forms and pages
I have seen many posts where people indicate they are using custom layouts on their forms, but the Zoho Creator does not have custom layouts. I hope some of you will share how I can also do that. We have a formula where we calculate a daily rate down to the 6th decimal place. A precision calculation. For example: 1000 * 12 / 365 = 32.876712 Despite trying many alternatives, I can not figure out how to get this number, the result is always rounded to 2 decimal places.
