WANTED extended trial period in Zoho Books
We setup the initial books a while back, but soon after we had done some initial configurations we no longer have access to Books. We have a professional subscription to the CRM package. So we were stalled in testing. 30 days doesn't cut it. I would like to suggest that you rethink how you want customers to engage in Books. Similarly to Zoho CRM, customers in Books should be able to enter, customize and live through the application on an unlimited trial or free basis before making the jump and committing

I have a field action on the ticket number in my service form. After the user enters a ticket number the script will determine if that ticket is already entered, and if so, will populate all of the fields allowing the user to edit the data. Here's the problem. That value has only two possibilities and should be obtained by a "if then else" with a value of a field (b) of form 1. how can this "if then else" work inside "add record"?

I'm building an application form for new employees, and I'd like them to input their previous employers and dates over the last 3 years. What would be the easiest way to validate that every day over the last 3 years is accounted for, and that there are no gaps of over 30 days? Hi, My iphone has been doing some really weird stuff for the last couple of days. It deleted several emails from my account, which i have been unable to find either on the Archive or the Trash bin. I was wondering if it is possible to recover these emails since most of them are work related and quite important. I've been using Zoho a long time but this is my first trying to tie a Vendor Bill to a bank transaction via credit card. We are making payments with our Reward card and need to match to the bills, a now common practice with business owners. A user created a couple of Events from his Android phone last week and they didn't sync with the server despite being on the office wifi. They're still showing up when clicking on the circling arrows on the Home tab. Does the app not retry the sync by itself? Any way to force a manual sync?

Apparent Security Breach
Twice in the last 24 hours, I had outgoing email blocked due to excessive use. I have not sent an email in 4 days. Apparently, this has happened to others as well. Checking my sent mail, mail has been going from my account to unknown addresses containing my login and password in the clear in the both the subject and body.. I suggest all check their sent boxes for bizarrities. I would like the local security gurus to look into this immediately and please keep us all posted.

I tried to filter out a domain and was surprised that the domain filter does not accept asterisks. For example: I don't want to receive any email from any domain ending in win. With my former provider I could enter a filter like: *.win This doesn't work with Zoho. Can you modify this?
