I am unable to view Google Analytic reports for campaigns that have been sent. I have asked that they are tracked with our Google Analytics and I can view the stats on our analytics page could you please let me know why I am unable to view these reports in Zoho? We really liked that we could track email conversations between users in our organization and potential and existing customers. Tried completing a Password Reset on that email to no avail never recieved as no longer have contact with previous provider. Multiselect based off another multiselect
I have a list of contractors, each of which has multiple employees. I also have projects assigned to the contractors, some projects have more than one contractor -- what I am hoping to accomplish is selecting multiple different contractors from a lookup in the project form, then filter another lookup of the contractor employees, based on the contractors selected. Is this possible? Or is there a better way to accomplish this goal? Thanks, Chris

Why would Merge Fields not resolve on email templates?
I am brand new to this but I'm tech savvy. I created modified an existing template. I added a simple merge field from Contacts.First Name. I even used the # to select the field. It looks like the correct syntax was entered into the template. I sent a test email to a few contacts....the merge field did no resolve....it had the field syntax. What am I missing? Best way to "unqualify" an candidate?
When there's a candidate we want to "unqualify" as a candidate, what's the best way to do that? I recall there was an "unqualify" as a candidate option in the past. We have a candidate who we will not work with in the future. We don't want to remove him from the database because we don't want a future recruiter to add him to our database. We've done email opt-out, but want to make sure he doesn't show up in any search results.

Is there a way to take a zoho form and have it cross two webpages, I have an application form that is just becoming too long and cumbersome, would like the submit button on the first page take you to the rest of the application on a second "page" form, and then have that second page submit to email. Is it possible NOT to send an email notification to the person that placed the comment? When I place a comment in a RFC, which is assigned to me, I also get an email of the comment I just placed. But I do want to receive an email when someone else places a comment in a RFC I'm assigned to.

When I use the built in search function in the report to search for a people who have taken a session containing "Y" I get the expected results but if I search for people who have taken a session NOT containing "Y" I get the wrong results. creating new style is no longer possible?
I have looked through the documentation and the forum discussions for instruction on how to create a new style. Everything I found so far refers to a "styles" button – the screenshots seem to be from the old user interface, when the various buttons were at the top. In the new user interface I cannot find any such button. I tried selecting some text and then choosing "customize" from the menu of paragraph styles, but this brings up the "Document Design" dialog, which I am pretty sure is not right.
How to stop conflict between duplicate names?
Whenever I go to create ticket, if there is a customer with the identical name already logged onto the system, it will not allow me to change their email address etc until I use a different name. How can i change this?

Unable to login to zoho desk
Users that cleared their cache this morning are unable to login to zoho desk, I am able to login but the chat feature to talk to support in bottom right is gone and submitting a support ticket just spins on https://help.zoho.com/portal/newticket . Users get the screen attached in the pic when they try to login.

Name field type causes unsupported type of form error
When I add a name field (the field with a built in first and last name field) to a form and then view the form I get the following message: Unsupported type of form. Please contact your application owner. Removing the Name field causes the form to load correctly again. Am I missing something?

En el nuevo hosting se cargaron el CNAME anterior y los registros MX anteriores, supongo que por el cambio de hosting la verificación del dominio debe tener otro código, pero en este momento no puedo volver a verificar el dominio. Some unattended computers are not listed in Zoho Assist
I have an issue where some of the computers configured with Unattended access are not listed to make a connection. I have noticed that they stay on for a bout 90 days and then disappear, requiring a reboot or reinstallation. Very inconvenient.

Can't open or download attachments
Lately, if I get an email with a .jpg or .mp4 attachment and try to view it or simply download it, it will not happen. When clicking view nothing happens. When choosing download a white about screen opens and closes. I asked Zoho for a solution and they chose to ignore the problem.
