Call function in page
Hello, I have a created a Page to print a letter an wanted to get the name of the person signing the letter. For this I call a function that I have previousl defined under Workflow. When I print the letter, the function returns no result. Password reset not working
I have changed my password 4 times and received the page saying the password was successfully change. I also received 4 confirmation emails that I can see on my phone. However, on my laptop, I am receiving "invalid password" each time I try to use the new password. I have NOT yet set up the new password on my phone, so the old password must still be working there. I have sent 2 help emails, but have not received a reply. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer. The password reset function

Open Url - html page - hide headers
I have a html page to print invoice. I open this page using OpenURL through custom functions. When the page is open, it displays with application header and footer. openUrl("https://creator.zoho.com" + zoho.appuri + "#View:Generate_Invoice?invoiceId=" + invoice.ID + "&zc_Header=false", "Popup window"); I would like to see only the html page content without header and footer. Is this possible?
Godaddy domain name, Zoho domain but MX isn’t responding
On https://mxtoolbox.com/ it says the it’s pointing to Zoho. but on zoho it says it isn’t connected. I erased all of my go daddy information, what could be the problem?

What happens at the end of an autoresponder sequence?
When a contact has completed the autoresponder sequence (i.e. received all the follow ups) do they just stay in the same opportunity stage? Is there a way to automatically move them to closed-lost when they reach the end of the sequence? Thanks!
How to autofill information from Contact to Potential?
Hello, I question of time management in that when we have a list of contacts with all of the info filled in e.g. email address phone number etc. When we then add a potential to them we have to fill all of this info in again. Well, our business has contacts as single people and so it is always going to be identical. Is there anyway to stop us having to duplicate this data entry? Thanks!

Hi Zoho, Could you please bring the Reporting Tags from Zoho Books over to Zoho Invoice? I use Invoice mainly to keep track of rent for our (money-losing) art studio, but we also sell some of our own paintings. I'd use Zoho Invoice more for the paintings if there was a way I could more easily differentiate between the two revenue streams. Email Routing - add destination with port number
HI, I am wondering if I can use the email routing feature to get around port 25 blocks implemented by my ISP? Search records where field is empty
Hi, I want to use the searchRecords method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/searchrecords.html) to include multiple criteria. I am able to do so, however I do not see anywhere document as how to search "empty" or null? As well as "starts with". The format in the example in the docs is: (Field Name:Value) Is it possible to search for a field name that is not empty? e.g. (Lead Source:Not Null) - something like this? Thanks

Join three tables in report?
I have tables A, B, and C. I can make a report using A + B. I can make a report using B + C. I cannot seem to join A + B + C and have a report that shows **all three**. This is simple in a normal database provided the key values are present. How can I do this?

Expenses Needs an Announcement Function
We need the ability to place certain announcement messages on the screen when users login. This will enable us to easily convey important messages to all users with a single announcement. The most obvious place for this announcement would be the Dashboard. When a user logs in - the announcement would be displayed at the top of the dashboard - preferably with some 'symbol' or different font colour to draw user attention to the message.

Zoho Reports & Zoho Books Automatic Sync not adding records to zoho reports
We've been using zoho reports and zoho books sync for about a year with no problems. About a week ago, we noticed that new zoho books records are not being added automatically. The sync says it has run, but there aren't new records. If you manually trigger the sync, new records appear. Very inconvenient, since many of our report consumers cannot trigger a manual sync.
