Email held for Moderation, but it shouldn't be.
Hi, I have an organization restricted email list; alerts@example.com. The only email it gets is from another user on my account; noreply@example.com. The list has a single member; me (ryan.xxxxxx@example.com). For the last few days, some of the email to the list is held for moderation and some of it isn't. The reason claimed for moderation is: Sender does not belong to your organization. However, the mail is definitely originating from my noreply@example.com user. Any ideas? Ryan
Force decimal numbers type when creating tables trhough API's bulk import
I'm importing data trough API's bulk import, automaticaly creating tables. I've ran into serious problem: when table is created and incoming data has some integer values (say, "total": 500), the type of a column will be set as 'Positive Number'. But if in later imports to this already exising tables "total" becomes decimal ("total": 550.6), request fails with "Bad request" error, because decimal value in being inserted into integer column. I don't see a way to force Zoho to create numeric columns

Can't Create New Email Address
Hello! I am trying to create a new account in the Control Panel for the domain "hexa.gq", but it say's it can't create the email address. I am stuck at the setup screen. Can't use share/unshare deluge task with variable as a component name.
I am trying to write a function that takes an email address and a page name and share the page with the user. I found that using the share/unshare task with a variable like this: componentName = "somePage"; share view(componentName, email);... causes an error, but this works: share view("somePage", email); Is there a way to share/unshare pages without hard-coding all of my page names?

Disable "On Success" message
Hello, I'm relatively new to Zoho. I'm wondering if there is a way to deactivate the "On Success" message entirely when adding or updating a form record. Currently, it's taking me to a blank form with the success message and no buttons, I have to hit the "back" button on the browser. I do have code in the "On Success" sections of both the On Add and On Update blocks of the workflow, if that matters. Thanks! Dan

Scan disappeared
I had a form which included two fields set to scan both bar codes as well as qr codes.This morning, I re-arranged some fields including the field that reads QR codes. Sadly, when I got to the warehouse, I was unable to scan. Looking at the form designer both are properly enabled. Oh, and I have this problem on both my phone as well as my tablet. Any ideas?

I think I understand the basic concept of a stateless form. I have not yet attempted to build on, but I do have a question about it's use. Can I use a stateless form to define several system-wide variables? Example: I have technicians in several states and I want them to see only the service tickets in their state. Infinite Loop
When I am trying to verify my domain, I go straight to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/verify.do - but then it puts me into a loop and the page keeps refreshing, which prevents me from verifying my domain or getting into the control panel. Any way to resolve this?
Custom Function to add product related to Potential Module - Update
Hi all, I am setting up a few custom modules, I have been able to do everything I need to, however what I am having trouble with is when a Potential is updated (A custom Pick list field) it should then add the product from the product module to the related item in potentials... Any ideas?

Invoice in Zoho Books via zapier
I am trying to setup integration from Weemss to Zoho Books through zapier to create and send an invoice. The parameters does include Invoice status =Paid, which is correct. I have a form that creates an invoice, on the creation of this invoice I want to push data to CRM "potentials" I wrote the following code. Email forwarding not working.
I have setup a email address for my domain with square space info@skylineaerialnola.com and configured it to forward to my personal gmail address. The DKIM was confirmed but now I'm getting an error that the spf wasn't setup correctly. Also I did receive the confirmation email which I used to verify. However Im still not getting emails forwarded.

Language settings, payment terms
Hi, Just some general feedback and suggestions: I'd like to see British English in Zoho products. The option is unavailable in the Australian edition of ZB. In CRM the language can be changed, but in the settings screen still shows 'Customization' - the language setting should be in accounts/profile and reflect across Books, CRM etc. On another note the payment terms need x days after end of month as an option. Apparently these payment terms are only common in Australia and UK/Parts of Europe.

Have the menu, site name and caption follow when scrolling
Hello, I would like to have the menu, site name and caption follow in a fixed position when I scroll up and down on my site. I've inspected the code, and realized it is the left float area. I tried editing the CSS code to just set the position to fixed, but it would no longer align to the right float area (the main part of the page), and the positioning got straight up screwed up. Is there an easy way to make this happen without too much messing with the code? Thank you! David
