Look up fields to link modules
Team, I have created lots of modules addressing each part of our construction process. I want each modules to look up different fields from my main Opportunity module. I'm limited to 5 look up fields. I want more or an alternative to how Im setting up my process. Audrey

Will my Auto-Number field on the Leads layout generate numbers on an import? Or just on Create or Edit from within the CRM?
franch accent on a pdf file name
Zoho creator does not let me create a pdf with a french accent in its filename.....it just does not create the pdf file at all.... Does anybody has had this problem béfore ...) ?
Managing same values ' field inside a subform
In a quote form, the subform is a list of products. As the user add a product in a subform, how do I check, right after the product code has been typed in, if the user has not already typed in the same product in any rows above ? We frequently have quotes with up to 400 lines in the quote subform... That is why we would like to help the users by telling him that is has already typed in the product he is adding.

Zoho Sheets
I currently have an excel document I would like to use with a lead. Information from a custom field automatically populate into an excel spreadsheet. For now, I have set up a Google Sheets URL link to the spreadsheet and the CRM user will have to go back and forth putting information into the spreadsheet. Is there a way to use Zoho Docs / Sheets to have it get information from a lead and put into a spreadsheet? If so, how do you do that? Thanks in advance. AL
Creating a data table for lookup
Hello, I need some help. Just updated to ZoHo CRM Enterprise and have 2 accounts. One admin, and one sales. All 5 of my sales staff use the sales login. I want to be able to send them an email if a new call is added. Right now I have a drop down for the sales rep. I want to be able to populate a lookup field for the email based on the Sales Rep name. This is all on a customer module. I can't figure out how to make the data table mapping the Sales Rep to the correct email? Seems basic enough.

hi - has anyone used zoho books to help manage expenses regarding training courses and expenses with running it? Ideally, i'd like a P&L on each course but not sure how to set up templates that we can use for each course we run. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Spam Quarantine, Spam Folder, and Mark As Spam
In my Zoho Mail account, what is the difference between the Quarantine (in Control Panel > Mail Administration > Spam Control), and the Spam Folder in my Email Account? My Quarantine is empty, but my Spam Folder has 148 messages. I just found that a few legit messages were marked as spam, and moved to my Spam Folder, so I had missed them. Yet, my Spam Control settings are all set to "Allow Email". Is it possible to send ALL message to my Inbox, but mark/tag the likely spam messages with "[SPAM]"
Send field from creator to crm lookup field
Hi, I am sending an account name from a creator form called Contacts. The Account Name is the name of the company the new contact works for. I am able to send all the data and create a new contact; however, the company name does not show up. The field in CRM for the Account Name is a CRM lookup field. I have the code written so that when the new contact is created, the new company is also created. In my CRM both the new contact and company exist, but the Account Name on the contact is not updating

another newbe question
managing service calls. I have a subform for "trips" some calls require multiple trips. When the main form is displayed the subforms show up as they should with one exception. The ticket number is empty. More important when I view the subform table, that ticket number is also empty. If I manually enter the ticket number it will show up in the report. The ticket number is the link between the form and subform, but I don't remember specifying that fact. So, how do I get the ticket number written
selecting a form or report
I have accumulated a fairly long list of forms and reports.When I want to edit a form I have to scroll down and find it in the list, or use the browser's search function to locate the desired item. Is there a better and/or faster way to locate the form/report?

Pivot Chart dont show dropdown
Hi, I have a rather simple form with date/time field, two drop downs and multiple text field. I want to create a pivot chart with the date/rime field and the drop downs, however I only get the date/time field in list of options?
Can't openURL in a popup window from a published form
I have several published forms (no login required) that I'm accessing via their permalink url's. A user-action in Form 1 calls openURL and sends parameters to Form 2 in order to pre-populate some fields. After closing Form 2, I then need to return to Form 1 to continue. (I'm doing this since ZOHO can't send field values via "add new"for a look-up field !!!) If I am logged in: Using openURL(form2sPermalink, "popup window", <dimensions>) works, although I have to manually close the popup window.
IMAP not working
I've had problems with my IMAP for months now -- Outlook is going offline intermittently. As of today, only Webmail works and my credentials aren't accepted on IMAP at all. When will you finally solve this IMAP problem that has been plaguing us for a long time now? Please help urgently.
Cannot log into thunderbird

two users stop recieving email on outlook
Hi i have two users who stopped receiving email on outlook 2013. I have checked all their setting even ran the connection test and it shows that it should be working. They are receiving email on their phones and web just not outlook. Any ideas as to why?
Outlook not purging emails
I have been using outlook and zoho for years. But now i have the issue that when i move an email to a folder, zoho recreates it back into the original folder. This is causing hundreds of emails when they are moved with a rule. I have checked this on different computers and its the same problem. Suggestions?

Hello, When we Add Form Data in Send Mail Tast, there is issue in displaying data of lookup fields. they show ID instead of Data.
