I have forms coming to email with all form data in body. They use to arrive formatted correctly. Starting last week, they all come broken now. Shown below. Please help. Action report filter criteria
Hello, i can't find that i can create an "Action report" that allows me to filter a string in the subject. I need a report that shows all actions that were created from a workflow. All have the name first few words in the subject. thanks Kelly
Due date rule shouldn't fire on manual enter
When I enter a ticket manually and provide the due date in that form, it gets overwritten by the rule that sets due dates for incoming tickets. Obviously not what I want, I just entered what it should be.
Error occurred when creating account

Chat Bar in Zoho Creator
Apologies for this probably very basic question. Is there any way to permanently disable the chat bar from taking space at the bottom of the browser window? You can collapse the bar to the left by clicking << but it comes back every time our users return to Zoho Creator. Many thanks in advance.

Delete/Release Email Account
Hello, I had previously created the email ralph@iamkingofbeards.com but I delete the Zoho account associated with it. I have since created a new account but it does not let me assign ralph@iamkingofbeards.com to a new user because it says it already exists. Send confirmation email question
Hi All I am using the send confirmation email function on a form upon the user creating a new record. One on the fields on the form (Name field) is a look up to another form. I am using the code below to address the user by his/her name, however the code below is referencing the 16 digit unique code, not the actual name of the user. I've been searching some ways to fix it, but with out sucess, when i try to set a SIGNATURE in email, it doesn't accept, i think that's becouse the size... but i need this type of signature... what i have to do? Problems with API-tokens - make no sense
I have problems connecting to your API. First: when I try to call your "generateAuthToken", it says my mail is not a valid client ID. I bypassed that by generating a token in the browser mode, and I can see it in my account now, so it should work. But when I call your API with the authtoken, it keeps saying Invalid Ticket ID. Login issues
If I type zoho.com into the browser, and login it takes me to zoho.eu and when I put in my username and password I get... showErrorAndReload('Please\x20reload\x20the\x20page\x20and\x20try\x20again.'); I have tried different browser, clearing cache etc,if I use zoho.com/login etc it works fine... Also, it now says my MX are wrong and when I go to godaddy setup it shows to put mx.zoho.eu etc where as I have mx.zoho.com and works fine.

Does the administrator need to do something in order to update login information? Does each user need to do somehting?

Rule is not triggered on update of a record via API
Hello, We are using API to update Contact's last login date and number of days after last login fields. We have Rule, which is triggered everytime Contact is updated, there is a condition to create a task for the contact owner if number of days from last login is equal to a number. It used to work, but now it does not work. And rule is not triggered by API update. When I update contact manualy, rule is triggered. So conditions in the rule are correct. Thank you in advance, Ivan
