Problems with API
Hi! We are having problems with the API. We sync data from other server to Zoho CRM, and we need to trigger certain workfow rules whenever there is a change. The problem is that when we update records via API, and we do it massively, the workflow rules arent firing. We generated a ticket, but there is no way to follow it, and we haven't received a e-mail. We also think that you cannot offer chat assistance only for clients on trial, and not having this option available for paying customers. I think
Automate payments to Vendors
Hi, It would really impact positively in our business if we were able to create an invoice of a specific product, which would have been pre-configured with the Vendors' bank account information and the percentage of commission we get, in a way that as soon as the client payed, we would receive our 25% and our Vendor (in our case an owner of a vacation rental apartment) his 75%. Sending follow up email automatically after sending an email
Hello, As per sales process we send a custom proposal using an html email template to our leads or contacts, sometime this email goes to spam folder, so ideally we want to send a text email saying to check the proposal email that will be sent automatically after sending the proposal email. Using a button or workflow rule we can send the email but is there any way to send the email automatically based on sending first proposal email? Best Regards, Wasiur

Hello, In the Lead module, when a user wants to change the Ownership of a lead, the Checkbox 'Send Notification email to the selected Owner" is only available to me (the admin). How can I turn on this features for all users? To be clear, the users can change the ownership, but it's only the notification checkbox that is missing. It is available in the admin mode however. Mautic integration with Zoho workflow
Hello! We've succesfully integrated our mautic installation with Zoho, and we are able to push new leads into our Zoho crm. Separately, we've created a workflow so our sales rep is notified via an email whenever a lead is ready to be contacted. When we manually create a new lead, the workflow works as expected. When mautic pushes a new lead, the lead is created succesfully, but no email is sent. Is there a way we can configure the workflow to work with leads coming from mautic?

Hi I created ZOHO MAIL account with GMAIL ID. Than added my domain and created different users and email ids. While creating " admin@mydoamin.com mail id, system notified that this email id already exists, but I am unable to find this ID in users. While logging into this ( admin@mydomain.com ), system notified me that PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS are sent to admin@mydomain.com ! which seems ILLOGICAL as I am unable to LOGIN to the account for want of password. Hello, I like to provide existing customers with a new subscription offering. Typically what a Hosted page is for. However, when on the Hosted Page, the user should login and register instead of him creating another profile with a potentially duplicate email address. How to collect card details in a hosted page form's payment section itself instead of opening razorpay popup?
In the hosted page's form shown in the documentation and in the settings, there are fields present in the payment information section to collection the card number, cvv, etc. But when I go to my app's hosted page those fields are not there. Instead there's a button which opens a razorpay popup. How can I avoid this and make the user type in the card details directly in the form instead of in the razorpay popup?

Sending A Campaign to Multiple Lists
I have a campaign that I want to send the same message (HTML) to Multiple lists within My Contacts. When I do so, Will I receive reporting that is delineated by each list? Or do I need to send a separate "campaign" to each list so I can track it separately? What I want to see, for each list/segment is: # Sent # Opened, # Clicked etc.

I need to disable a department, actually I moved all tickets to other department but the system say that is necessary to move all the agents too, my situation is that I have the same agents in both departments. Account blocked for outgoing
Hi, I was cleaning up in the control panel in Mail (I am the admin of our accounts) and accidentally clicked on "outgoing enabled" on my / admin account, which of course turned red and to "disabled" Now I am getting the notification that the account was blocked for outgoing because of "security reasons" - http://ovo.li/xIN6RC ! Sorry, but no. It was blocked because I clicked it. And now I cannot enable it. Will you please unblock it - now? Thanks.
Changing number field to text
I have created a form with a number field. We have so far generated around 400 records, now it has been identified that we actually need to be able to replace the number field with a text field. Is there any smart way to implement this or is the only solution to create a new text field and update all records manually to move the data entered so far in the number field to the text field?
Can't receive email from gmails sent from apple mail.
When I send a gmail from apple mail to myzohoemail@mydomain.com I don't get any delivery error message and I don't receive the email in my zoho account. Surprisingly, if I send an email from hotmail or icloud from my apple mail or from gmail.com it goes through. Anyone could help ? I created the account 24hrs ago.
Customising templates
Hi, I thoroughly enjoy the templates given, both for Sales Orders and Invoices. However, is there a way i can customise or change it such that there is minimal redundant white spaces within? For example, I had to key in 4 items in to the Sales Order and there is unnecessary large white space between each item and it extending the pages of the Sales Order by extra pages then is needed. The only work-around I can figure out is to use the 'Compact' template. However, it separates the Item and Description

Using forms to create estimate
I run a rental company via Zoho, and I have a form on my website where customers check their preferences, add the number of items needed, the date, time, so on... I was wondering if there is a way to directly import this info to an estimate, or at minimum allow the total to be added and shown at the time they complete the form (like a shopping cart essentially). How do I make a field (column) appear from Custom Module 3 in Products where Layout is “car rental”. CustomModule3 represents vehicle details (vehicle name, number of seats, type etc.).
