We are using zoho mail. But recently we replied aol mail box, it is blocked by the same reason. ResponseCode 421, , 4.7.1 : (DYN:T1) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html We checked aol reason: 421 DYN:T1 The IP address you are sending from has been temporarily rate limited due to lack of whitelisting, unexpected changes in volume, or poor IP reputation. Message preview in ticket list mode
Hello, Is there a way to turn on a preview of the ticket message so that the first line is visible from a view like list mode? This would work similarly to how email apps like gmail or outlook preview the messages in the inbox. Calendar invitations are going to the wrong user
We only have 2 user accounts on Zoho mail. All calendar events that are sent to my email address get redirected to the other user. I am the admin, he is not. How can I reload a HTML page opened as a dialog?
I have a HTML page with a list report and a stateless form embedded to it. This page is opened in a dialog to show info about the selected record. I wish the HTML page gets reloaded when I click on 'Update' button on stateless form. I already tried openUrl("#Script.page.reload", "same window") and it works if this page is loaded on whole window, but when it's opened as a dialog it reloads parent page. Any tips on how can I achieve this behavior? Using iframes maybe?

How can I log a new enquiry for an existing Account
I am looking at introducing the Zoho CRM system to our company and am trialling the Enterprise version. I like the way you can progress from a Lead to an Account. However, in our business its typical that an existing account will enquire about an additional service or product we offer and it is not considered a DEAL yet (ie enquiry about information not price). I'd like to log such enquiry in the CRM system under the ACCOUNT and on a regular basis run some analytics on the type of enquiries by date.

zoho forms height problem
Hi, I have a form with rules. When a specific option is selected, it display new fields. My problem is when the new fields appear, the height of the form remains the same and in one particular form, it makes the "submit" button to disappear. I tryed height:auto or height:100%... but noting works. If if choose to specify the height in pixels, the forms doesn't adapt when the new fields appears. someone can help me ? Thanks

Hi, I have exactly the same question as https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-verify-i-own-the-domain-when-using-wordpress-com-and-namecheap , but the answer in this one seems to be out-of-date. At lease the video in the answer was no longer available. So I also use namecheap with wordpress and am now trying to setup zoho. But since using wordpress with namecheap requires me to use "custom DNS" which doesn't allow me to change things in the "Advanced DNS". So I'm really lost now.
