Since all the other major cloud storage providers are providing placeholder files now or in the near future (see Dropbox Smart Sync, Google Drive File Streams, etc), will Docs provide a means of placeholder files in the future?

It's almost a deal breaker for some users that the currency fields do not have commas. When I tell my users I can't do that I look like an idiot. Do I really have to roll my own validation and formatting with text fields? Was it a $100000000 dollar deal or was it a $10000000 deal? There are 90 million good reasons right there for commas. Customer Portal User Groups
I have been told by a customer that in the next couple months they wish to move away from generic accounts per dept into user based accounts. This means that every user will have an account so I'm looking at at least 1500+ users, at first i figured i could use the customer portal of the application but because this doesn't support group creation like the normal global user setup it'll make user management a nightmare. the second option would be to have each user signup for a free account but because

WWW domain configured incorrectly I booked my domain shoutindialoud.in with free zoho domains. I don't found any link where i can manage my DNS or nameserver. Search Function Not Working Properly
When I start a search in my emails, regardless of the folder, Zoho is not showing me all my results. E.g if I search Rosy, emails to or from Rosy before a certain date don't appear. I have no archived emails and I am conducting the search properly. newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ). Adding a report into portals
Hello, I need to add a report into our customer portals which will - hopefully - automatically update on login. The report would display as a graph rather than data. If it can't auto-update, we can run the report from a button. We intend to customise our portals with CSS and HTML to match our website. Can we customise the portal to allow these reports to run? One of them will be generated from an in-house SQL server. Do I need to use Deluge to do this or would it need to run in an idea me or similar?

Billable Expense "markup"
I order parts for my customers and "resell" them once in a while. Although the expense bill to customer is cool, it doesn't account for my time or any markup, or interest I might pay on that product before the client actually pays. With multiple bills in one pdf file only one is read by the OCR so when we attach the doc to a bill & then find the other relevant PO's to convert to bills & select "Attach from Documents", select "All Files" & the scanned doc is not there, even a search will not retrieve it ? So any doc with multiple bills have to be downloaded & then re-uploaded to attach each time - waste of storage space ?

we have various locations where users are located. How can we @ mention @toronto for example? in the same token, putting any location in the DEPARTMENT of a user's profile does not allow you to @mention that department/location either. short of creating redundant groups, how can i @message a 'group' of users?
Portal Customization : Changes not visible on my subdomain portal

CSS Everything are up to date on Preview and https://deskportal.zoho.com/portal/<myname> But nothing happen in mysubdomain.mydomain.com/portal 2. Tabs configuration is ignored I turned off some tabs but the configuratio is ignored in preview reloaded after publish confirmation.
