hi, One of my email id info@solclight.com is not working. Whenever trying to send mail, it shows and error " 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked". Other email accounts in this organization is working fine. But only this account has this issue. Kindly resolved this issue ASAP.
No syncing icon in tray in Linux
Hello, I hope I'm in the right place. I'm new to using Zohodocs to sync files. I'm using Zohodocs on the newest version of Linux Mint. (I use an additional Linux OS called Chalet OS. The syncing icon does appear here). For some reason, in Linux Mint the icon does not appear in the system tray/panel at startup (like Dropbox does). Because of this I have no way to pause and resume the syncing when I need to. In fact, there is no icon for Zohodocs there at all. I need suggestions for how to fix this

Zoho creator deletes code snippets /doesn't save code
Hi, The application is not saving the script I write "Edit -> On Load". I had some code entered in the above mentioned section, when looking at it earlier I noticed that half if the code I had written out is missing. Luckily I had saved it somewhere else, however when I paste the code and tell it to save the script it doesn't save it. Hi guys. Have been using zoho for a while for my small business. I'm all happy with it except that on my iMAC I couldn't find a mail client that would sit well with zoho mail. I've tried like 10 clients. All have issues with zoho in connection. Simply put, if I use imappro.zoho.com, all the clients would pop up a error every now and then saying couldn't connect to the server. I switched to imap.zoho.com. I am a small office. The office consists of myself and two assistants. We use Ring Central for our phone service. How do I get all call logs (both inbound and outbound) from all users pulled into Zoho and accessible to all users? Here is an example: Client John Doe calls in to the office. CRM Potentials
New to a CRM.. once I convert my Lead to a Potential... if I say I closed the deal (Won), it continues to stay in the Potential Module..? Isn't there another place for these customers to go to? When I look at my Potentials, it has all the customers that have said no to a quote (Lost), the ones that have accepted a quote (Won) and the ones that are thinking about it.. this doesn't seem right??

View report in Zoho sheets - macro option not available
When I choose the option to view a report in Zoho Sheets, Zoho sheets opens with the data from the report. The problem is that when the data from the report is transfered to sheets this way, the option "Macro" in Zoho sheets is not made available. Why?

Switched to ZOHO for new year; how to record unpaid invoices?
If I have invoiced in the previous year and now using ZOHO, I'm told payment of that invoice in the current year on ZOHO should be a manual entry. Assume CR Accounts Recievables and DR Bank Account, but I noticed the latter is not available as an entry in the manual journal section of ZOHO (I only see CASH entries for petty cash or undeposited funds...) In our setup we have many projects running, and when our CEO looks to the global reports section, using the milestone gantt, and filters for "task owner" or something else, what he reaches is a view in which all the milestones are present, not only the ones that have a "visible" task. ZC Plugin for Word escaped characters
We've noticed that when importing Zoho information into Word using the ZC Plugin for Word, special characters in text fields are rendered using slash-escaped characters. Sometimes this causes information to go missing entirely. Would it be possible to modify the plugin so that it is able to take the text field content from ZC and convert it into a Word-compatible format so that it appears in the same manner as it does in Zoho?

How to add a new field to an existing form
Let's say that I have a form with a dozen fields and thousands of records. How can I add a new field to this form and import the new data into it? I have the data in an Excel file. The only way I can see to do this is to import the XLS and just make a whole new form, but this will break all the relations I've made with the original form. This seems like a simple and fundamental thing to do, but I'm not seeing it. Thanks.
Added_User in formula field doesn't work?
When I try to use Added_User or Added_User.toString() in a formula field, the end result is always blank. I can use ID ... how do I get to use Added_User? Thanks in advance for any leads.
