Can ZOHO Campaign or ZOHO CRM track if an email has been replied to
I am trying to create a workflow that will send an email out to a lead only if they did not reply to the first email. Other than manually changing the lead status, is there a way to automate this process? Is there a way to track in ZOHO Campaign how many people replied to an email? I see open rate, bounce rate, etc. But no reply rate. Thanks Cathy

Greetings, I am trying to set up osTicket for mail integration with zoho mail. I have an e-mail set up for each of my three departments. Through a little trial and error, I got two of them set up correctly. However when I enter my credentials in osTicket, it comes back with "code: 535, response: Authentication failed: No such account." I have checked and I did set up the account in zoho. Also when I deliberately enter a wrong password, I get "Invalid credentials" which definitely indicates the account

So, my Magento site is a multivendor marketplace. I allow vendors to invite sub-vendors through a customized module, where they enter emails and a short text. The template is a site template that auto-inserts their short text into the template when sent. The email shows as sent by the vendor's email. Sent messages in Outlook 2016 are not synchronising and being saved in sent folder...
I am having serious issue getting Zoho Mail to synch with sent folder in outlook 2016. Basically I can not see messages being saved in sent folder despite clicking "save messages to sent folder" in preferences.. Its very frustrating and makes me want to drop Zoho and use something else that synchs with outlook 2016. Thanks Ed

Spar mail - exchange connection
For my mail client on my IOS devices I use Spark mail. It's a superb mail client for all my mails except for zoho. When I'd like to connect him via exchange connector I've got an Error; Your email server is running an outdated version of Exchange that is not compatible with Spark. Hello, I use mailbird and gmail app for zoho email under own domain. There is permanent problem with incoming and outgoing connection. In the phone (android) account is not sync and when validate setting, I will get message Couldn't finish Can't connect to server. (Your account is temporality blocked for IMAP use. Hi My colleague started getting the above error when emailing through Zoho. I checked to see if TFA was enabled, it wasn't. What to do for two contacts with same email with duplication check?
I need to check for duplicates on entering new contacts. My problem is, when I enter the new contact, "do not allow duplicates" on the email address shows me the the email address is already being used. So I do a global search and go to the contact. If the result is a true duplicate, no problem, I don't add it. But I have cases where two contacts in the same company use the same email address. In this case, I want to allow a contact with a duplicate email address to be added. What's the best way

We have a Zoho webform on our website that feeds into Leads. We have noticed that if the user hits 'submit' more than once (As many unfortauntely will do if experiencing lag) then they will be registered as a lead twice. This is not good, as it creates clustered data and spams our emails. Please assist if anybody has a solution - our only option at this point would be to remove the Zoho webform. Thanks!
