CMD + Select in Sheets?
Hello, Is there any way to use the traditional CMD select function? Normally its like the Shift + select, but it does not include everythign in between - only what you are clicking on while holding command. (might be control for PC users) Thanks

CRM not picking up Invoice info even though they are linked
We have Invoice and CRM linked and they seem to do an ok job sharing info even though we have not done thorough testing... There is an issue with Invoices not showing in CRM. When you look at a contact and scroll to the Invoices section nothing is showing. Help is appreciated, this is important for us, thanks.
Extension on phone numbers?
I have some leads that have extension on their phone numbers. Is there a way to add the extension on after the number?
New User SetUp
When I am setting up a new user, the user does not display in the user details view, rather the profile is showing up in the invitation list. Now if I am creating a new user with an email address for my domain, how are they going to reply to an invitation when they can't even access their email?
How to implement a double opt-in process?
Hi We want to setup a page where customers can sign up for our newsletter and we want to use the usual double opt-in procedure: 1. The customer enters his email 2. The custer receives an automated response email with a confirmation link 3. Only when the customer clicks on the link, his email is finaly added to our subscriber list The problem is step 2. API Picklist not populating

Changing data type
Dear Support, Is there any way to change data type of one of the existing field ? We have created a "pick list" but in reports we could not count total number of this list. Hello this is my first post so please forgive any mistakes or if this question has already been answered but in regular Zoho mail I can create email templates and there is a basic way of adding custom html into the email but I have designed a complete custom html email template that I would like to use for certain responses - the template has custom styling/layout and I would like to save this for re-use -- is there any way I can do this? Territories dont work - Zoho Recruit
"Hi everyone, ZOHO claims that the Recruit product allows for segregating entities (candidates/job openings/to dos, etc) by territory. We have that purchased the product only because of this claim. However, we cannot seem to make the territories feature work the way that ZOHO claims. Even if we isolate users into different territories, they can still see each other's candidates, job openings, etc. could someone tell us what we are doing wrong? Any advice on how to make the TERRITORIES feature

Hi - I have a Customer form that collects First_Name and Last_Name of customers. I have a separate form for Orders, that uses a look-up field from the Customer form that combines First_Name and Last_Name, called Customer_Name. On the Order report, I have a filter for Customer_Name. The Customer_Name appears just fine on the filter, but once I select it, the Customer_Name appears as "LastName, FirstName" --- any idea why it would be adding the in there? Change field to Read Only after Edit
In Zoho CRM, How can field be made read only after it has been edited? It is a drop down menu, once a value is selected I need the field locked so no one but Administrator can change it. Please help. Thank yoU!.

Issue with Mobile App v3.0 (3.0.10)

Not Receiving Emails
I'm not receiving emails into my new email box. I just set it up. I tried everything.

I know people are sending them. In fact I've sent a few myself but ZOHO mail and ZOHO CRM are not getting them. Outbound mail seems fine. We did recent move the site to a new host, but the DNS and Host records are stored at the registrar not the hosting company. We did update the ns records to the new provider. I'm not sure what to do. Problem with SPF
Hello, I'm having problems with the SPF. When I try to send an email to my zoho account. It says: it is currently not allowed to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop / imap server in the last 30 minutes or you do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client. I Buy the domain in one site, but the hosting is in another, anyway I added the SPF configuration in both (like the MX and DKIM). Error still appears. Is there something I've done wrong?

SPF Not Validating

Sent twice when sending emails via mobile outlook setting

Please add date sort to Expenses during Invoice creation
Zoho, Time on a project is delivered to the invoice in date order (as opposed to entry sequence - which was changed about 2 years ago) - why can't we have the same thing for expenses? I enter expenses as I have them - sometimes, my expense information isn't available until the end of the month - for expenses earlier in the month. The invoice shows these expense items in the order they were entered, regardless of date. I know I can move them and re-order in the invoice - that's what I'm doing
