Can't sent .dwg files as attchement anymore with invoice
Hi, i can't sent .dwg files anymore when i sent a invoice, i get the message "File types with extension dwg are not supported". But from begin this year untill now i was able to! so why it changed? and is there a way to fix this so i don't have to go toi my email client to sent my invoices? Regards Jos

Zoho alias not appearing in gmail

Why aren't all my templates showing?
I created several templates for emails I send frequently for customer service purposes but only a handful show up. I had to categorize some as Task rather than Contacts or Leads. Can I not use those as email templates?
Mail forwarding from Zoho to Gmail not working

Need help configuring SPF and Domain Keys
I'm starting to get a lot of bounced emails from my Zoho account, and I suspect that it may because either my SPF record and/or my domain keys record are not configured properly (I followed Zoho's instructions, but the instructions were not specific to my registrar so they could be wrong). How can I group a report by month based on a date field in the records? The grouping option in reports for a date field only appears to group by that specific day. Not able to group by year, quarter, month, or week, based on a date field?

I have upgraded to business add-on which promised me SSL hosting. Means i can opt for "Lets encrypt SSL" from your end. But when i tried to " Get SSL Certificate " from settings it says "Error while getting certificate from Let's Encrypt. Please check your DNS configuration or try again later." Suggestions for data migration from old CRM
Looking for recommendations on exporting data from old CRM. The export function in previous CRM leaves out a lot of data that is needed. It only allows for client name address date of birth.. No notes no payment history. Any suggestions on migrating the rest of the data?

I just opened a zoho account yesterday and transferred my contacts from gmail. I have sent e-mail address update to all of them and was blocked afterward. Hello Zoho support. Hope you are doing well. Please help me with my issue. I got a reply from mail daemon about sender address blosking 554, 5.1.8 Could you please check it and unblock my account. Its really urgent, I need to communicate with our customers, it really damages our workflow. I've checked again T&C of Zoho mail. Hi I had some problems with all emails registered in my account, so i deactivate them. Today, i activate them again, however they are not received email. When i access user details, it says, receiving email is deactivated, when i try to activate it again, it says, it is only available to paid user. Could you help me? Due to the known issues relating to deliverability, I would like to use an outside vendor. I know I can easily integrate Mailchimp with CRM, and the automation tools are nice. I would rather stay in the Zoho ecosystem and send mail through campaigns (I also know how much more powerful the automation tools are in campaigns). So I would like to know if there is a way to use an outside sendmail vendor to actually deliver the mail into the inbox. These systems have very good api's, but I dont see where

Hi there, I'm just starting to think about using Showtime for a presentation in July, and would love to be able to ask the audience a few questions at the beginning and end to gauge their knowledge. I'd like to show a series of photos, asking them to vote "Yes", or "No". I'd love to be able to show the results in real-time as a slide. Word files are missing as attachments
Hello, I noticed today that we cannot see Word files attached to the emails we receive in Zoho Email (through web -interface). Looks like Zoho deletes or somehow filters out DOC and DOCX. The senders told us that they double-checked that they attached the files. Still we cannot receive them. Please, fix this. Thanks.

Hi Zoho, My users cannot for the life of them remember to put .html at the end of every webpage on my site they need to directly go to. I wish to create links to other pages that can be simplified using my own domain name and to be able to tell people to go to www.lusac.org.uk/contact, not www.lusac.org.uk/contact.html. Project Users, Admin added by default, possible to remove / hide them?
Hi all, portal admin users appear in every project created in the portal. From a users point of view, this can be useful but also distracting: in every page, or dialog, or select list we have the admin users appearing. Imagining that there is a precise technical reason for this, maybe there is a chance to "hide" the admin users from the various pages. How do I limit the amount of content for each blog post that is displayed on the main blog page to either be a set number of paragraphs or a set number of characters? I would like it to only display a brief 1-2 paragraph lead (or teaser) and then let the "more" link take the reader to the blog post itself for more information.

Good morning, My current business deals with intermediate businesses (websites, catalogues...) that sell our products. Is there a way to give them limited access to our database ? Ideally one page with the basic info of our products (SKU, Description...but NOT purchase price) and the current stock ? An excel sheet export would give an image of the stock level at a given time but we would need to do that manual procedure frequently. Thanks for your help! Alex.
