CRM won't let me add my company name etc into the fields.
Have a zoho mail account. Tried to go into the CRM account. It takes me to a screen to "sign up my company". It will not let me input any information into the fields. Tried on both MAC and DOS. Same result. Attached is a screen shot. I cannot enter any information (not even a logo), and I cannot get past that screen.
Problems creating mail.
Good afternoon, I have problems creating the mail mmejiav@inversionesbenbec.com. The system tells me it already exists. Then ask to send an email to the administrator. But the same as entering the link I get the same error. I look forward to your help.

Account deleted
Hello,
I am a new user of the zoho e-mail service, I made some initial settings for testing, and I accidentally deleted two email accounts to re-register with the correct settings. However, when you try to re-create the accounts a message is displayed, informed that the email id already exists.
I wonder if it is possible to release the email id of accounts that it deletes.
No need to retrieve any other information, just like to use the same email id that was deleted.

Automation send settings
Have a mail drip campaign set up with automation that includes several messages. The first message is an "introduction" and the 2nd email is a follow-up. I have created a sync with CRM that the drip will be sent to, but I have already sent the introduction manually to a portion of my list. When I activate the new automation, will EVERYONE on the new list get the intro email? Or only people added to the list AFTER I activate the campaign? Please advise.

Creating a Task when a potential is created
How can I set up a workflow so that when a Lead is converted into a potential it creates a task for it automatically? I also want a new task to be created automatically when I create a new potential. Can this be done?
Should I use the Zoho Inventory API or Zoho Books API for Sales Orders
I need to import Sales Orders from my X-Cart ECommerce software into Zoho. Currently I import them into Zoho CRM because the items database allows for more custom fields. Unfortunately CRM cannot pass Sales Orders to Books/Inventory. I am thinking of pushing the Sales Orders to Books or Inventory directly as well. Which API would be best? Mail Blocked due to outofspace
Hi sir, I am using zoho for a while for now. now one of my senior's mail id is blocked due to space( she used her free space of 5gb upto 102 % now). No incoming and outgoing emails We have deleting older messages more than 200of it for creating space. but it's still blocked and shows 102% of 5gb. We can't delete some of the recent emails because it contains important docs. Exporting emails also failed because download file mail is not getting. Please help me with this. this is kinda urgent

Original sender address not getting forwarded
Hello; From our organization's webpage our customers can send in an Email request. This is routed through Outlook 365 to the Helpdesk mailbox, which in turn gets forwarded to the Zoho Desk support system to create a ticket. We used to be able reply via email from within the ticket, and it would have the original sender's email address. But for the past month or so it has onl had the Helpdesk emai address, not the senders. Any idea how I can get this changed back to the way it was before? Now

Word cv does not display in Preview mode
Hello, If the cv uploaded is in the Word format, I can't see it with the Preview mode (googles icon close the name). It stays blank. If the cv is in PDF though, it works well. If I go on the candidate details, and I click on the cv in the attachment section, the cv is displaying as usual. The problem is only with the Preview mode in the list of search results. Increase Photo Size Limit/And or easier solution
I know the limit was recently increased to 5mb, but anything larger would still be helpful. Still having issues with clients submitting through a mobile form and their camera pictures being too large. Many new phones have quite the high resolution which causes the file size to increase greatly. If this isn't possible, does anyone have any other elegant work arounds to getting larger sized pictures attached?

I have forms with the following structure: Student Name Contacts(Subform) Contacts Name Phone List(Subform) Phone List Number In another form name "Add Phone Entry", I have the following fields: Student(Lookup of all "Students" in the system) Contact(Lookup based on what "Student" the user selects) Phone Number(Lookup based on what "Contact" the user selects) I am having a very difficult time accessing the subform values. What is my email IP - need for AOL whitelist
Seems for some reason my email from my Zoho account has been banned by AOL. No idea why we don't spam and it's all legit emails to customers. Nevertheless, we are working to get it sorted with AOL. They need to know our mail server Ip(s). How do I find such information? Thanks in advance.

Can't attach and download files

autoresponder manual added contacts
We collect contatcs by request them to fill a sheet in our shop. Then we manually add the contacts to a mailing list inside campaigns. Then we set-up an autoresponder to send a sequence to this contacts but I notice that this is not working. It seems like the autoresponder work only for the subscribers from a form and not directly added. Can some one help me in this?
Zoho stopped posting to Instagram?
My Instagram plug-in is not working. All of a sudden, with the last 4-5 posts, I am not getting the alerts that my Instagram post is ready to upload. I have followed all of the step meticulously and in my scheduled posts, see that it is going to post to Instagram but it never happens. Anyone have any insights?
How to hide the phone field until another field is changed?
I want the phone field to be hidden until lead is claimed. Here is what I have so far: if ( input.Sales_Agent == null) { hide Phone; } else { show Phone; } I am not good at programming but Zoho under Work Flow Automation is telling me that "On Load" is needed for "hide" function...
