Template formatting question
I place my invoices (and other forms) into 2-window envelopes. Editing the standard template allows me to place my logo nicely in the upper window. However, the "Ship To" address for the customer is a bit too low. Is there some way to raise the "Ship to" section up a bit closer to the bottom of the Logo? I don't see a way to do this in the template editor. I only need to raise it 2 or 3 lines up. I was thinking that if I could remove the "Balance Due" over to the right it might move up, but

Hi Team zoho, in the report by item because you have to choose the account and not the item? Because I need to take a sales report for a specific item I think this is a very important functionality. The same you have in the inventory report as you can see in the two attachments.
Unable to print directly from Zoho Books
The option exists to print directly from Zoho Books, and our office regularly uses that function in both estimates and invoices. However, we suddenly find that feature is not working. No date column on invoices
Why do all of the invoice templates have numbers in the first column, and none has a date column? The item numbers are useless to me, but at least I can delete them. The lack of the ability to specify a date of service for a particular project or task is mind-boggling. I feel like that should be in bold type somewhere ("Cannot put a task date on invoice") on the main page, and I could have saved my time and moved onto another software provider. When I create a ticket coming through an email and try to create a new contact and associate it with an account, ZOHO automatically completes with an existing contact from another account and automatically prefixes with a new account name. OSX Outlook Add-On - Add Email Not Working
I currently have the Outlook Add-On (v1.4) installed on my Mac. Whenever I attempt to add an email from Outlook to CRM, it doesn't seem to work although I get a success notification. I am logged in, and the add-on is performing the look-up within the CRM as I can see the account which the email address is associated with. I then proceed to click "Add Mail" and it then confirms that it has been added to the CRM. I then view the contact's details within the CRM, but the email is nowhere to be

I have many clients that make monthly partial payments until paid in full. We want to remind them of their monthly payment without having to manually send them an invoice or automatically doing a Paypal charge. Is there a way to set up the invoice to automatically go theme every month. Zoho Books API - no invoice URL for recurring invoices?
For normal invoices, the "Get Invoice" API returns the Invoice URL. But for recurring invoices this seems to be missing. I am trying to set up Stripe integration on my website for recurring invoices so that the customer can pay from the website rather than having to send email, etc. This seems possible for normal invoices but not for recurring invoices because of the missing URL. Is this correct? And is there any workaround?

HTML Email edits not getting saved
I've just cloned my message in autoresponder, tried to edit it in the HTML edit, save it using "Save+Close" and it doesn't save. If I go back into the editor, it still displays the old HTML e-mail. Why is this happening?
Can't send emails on IPhone
I've followed correctly all the Zoho instructions about Iphone setup, but I can't send any email using Iphone. I receive emails normally, but can't send them. In my computer, using Outlook, I send and receive normally. Does someone have any clue about what's the trouble? Maybe an alternative setup? Additional info: I have 2 mail accounts in my Iphone (Zoho and another).
