Configure zoho with 1and1
I cannot receive or sent emails form my account, My domain provider is 1and1. In fact, when I made the initial configuration it works fine just for 2 days, I don't know if I need to delete and configure again or if I missed one step. I already sent email to support@zohobusiness.com but nobody answer. Hope zoho or anybody else can help with this. I have the screenshots of the configuration, let me know if I can sent it to zoho support team directly by email.
Auto Response Interval
Is there any way to set the auto-response to 0. We are using this function to send some generic information to users and if they send an email to that email we want them to get the response each and every time they send an email whether it is 10 times per day or not. If a user discards the auto-response email and wants another right away it is reasonable for them to send in another email to get another auto-response
Login button in mail.zoho.com is not working
Hi, We are not able to login into the zoho web mail. When we click on the login button it is just adding a # to the url and nothing happens beyond that.
Trouble adding .site domain
Hello, I'm having trouble adding my domain name in the control panel. When i try to add the domain nilsson.site I get the message "Domain already exists". It shouldn't exist as I haven't registered it on Zoho before. Is it that the top domain .site isn't supported and in that case is there a list anywhere with the supported top domains? Best regards

Hi, I am trying to deduplicate my contacts by first name or last name. However Zoho only gives me the options of searching by fields email, phone, account name, or mobile. Is there a place where I can change this to include first name and last name? Thanks, Sarah

Moved to some other service
Due to some reasons we had to move to a different service for our email We changed the MX records and removed all zoho records from domain When I send email it still hits the zoho email server. Do we need to close the account for zoho to remove the records at their end?
Associating Emails with Contacts
Hello: How can I associate an email sent or received from a contact with a different contact? Foe Example: I want to send an email to John Smith. The content of the email concerns another contact, Mary Jones, but I do NOT want to send the email to Mary Jones. I do want this email and any replies to be associated with both contacts though so I can keep them straight within the deals, accounts, and contacts modules. Can't get DomainKey to Work
I've been working at this for several days, off and on, with no luck. User Details Not Updated
We have changed the First Name and Last Name fields of our admin account. When sending an email from this account it is still showing the from address using the old values. How do we change this? All settings have the new (correct) name.

How to use the function "Edit Design" for Zoho CRM Modules?
Hi Zoho-Team, We're desperately looking for a way to combine data from "Zoho CRM" and "Google Analytics". Best way would probably be to Auto-Join the respective tables from each module by using the "Edit Design" to define relationships (like shown in your table). However, this seems not to be available for both modules. The button is just not visible :-) See screenshot The only thing I can do is to LOOK on the "Model Diagram" but there is no way to EDIT the existing relationships. How can I do this?

Hi there! Ok, so here's my wish: I have four brands of wine. Within those four brands there are a whole bunch of different types of wine (Cab Sauv, Merlot, etc). I'd like to be able to select a parent brand via drop down and then have it open the various wines under that label so that I can select them with a check mark box. Hope that makes sense. Record Owner field is not being honored by the Charts
Hi, I have a "New Order" form, in which I designated the "Record Owner" field to be "Owner" instead of "Added User". See the attachment for some sample records and the Record owner setting screenshot. The record was added by andrew.raymond and is now owned by lexshan8. lexshan8's Role is CEO andrew.raymond's Role is COO, which reports to CEO. Therefore, the record should NOT be visible to andrew.raymond. In reality, andrew.raymond is able to see the records. On the other hand, records with Owner=andrew.raymond
Paypal not pulling transaction line items
Paypal Business has stopped pulling in the transaction details. It recognizes the amount in the "bank" and it even knows when a payment clears, but, it is not pulling the transaction line items in so that they can be matched. This started about 2 weeks ago. Any idea on when this will be fixed?

I am getting SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. Event though I have set it currently in my DNS Record. Is this an issue on zoho side or my dns side? FYI I have me domain with Godaddy

I'm using the API with the URL: https://books.zoho.com/api/v3/salesorders?authtoken=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&organization_id=XXXXXXX&last_modified_time=2017-01-30T19:01:01-0123 It's my understanding that this should only return Sales Orders which have been modified on or after January 30th, 2017 at 7:01:01. However, I'm getting lots of results that have a last_modified_time that is before this date (for example, 2017-01-30T18:56:05-0500). Is this a bug, or am I misusing the API? Thanks!

navigation between partially filled POs and Bills
Currently, if I have a partially filled PO, the only way I can determine how many items I am waiting on is to view the Bill I created for the partial items. So, I click on the Bills tab and go there. But, once in the Bill for that PO there is no tab for POs and/or no navigation button to take me back to the PO I was just looking at. Could this be added? Yes, I can click the browser back button, but for consistencies sake having either a PO tab on the Bill view, and/or having the PO # as a clickable
