Hello, my email has been blocked, what's the procedure to unblock it?
On validate if statement with two conditionals.

How to delete a campaigns account
Hi, there, I have tried to add one my colleague's email address as a 'sender' in an email campaign but it says they are a duplicate email. Any way of deleting it so I can re-add them as a user from Campaigns? Many thanks, Stuart

We have switched from BaseCamp to Zoho. In projects, what is the best, most simple way to open up communication for an external client for a project that is external? What are people using as best practices? We want to limit what they see, but keep it very simple to use, like BaseCamp.
Export as PDF
Trying to send out business invoices and no longer have the 'Export as PDF' option under 'more'. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, any idea how to correct it? If we try it on an old invoice, the export option is there...
Update Available Inventory When Order is Packed
It would be extremely helpful to have the option of updating available inventory when a Sales Order has been packed. Hi, can't figure this out. I want our customer service to have access to our service email, that I have added to our account. I can access all our inboxes under admin, but how do I add a new user just to check a particular inbox. Not create a new inbox, but to check the one we have setup? Thank you

When I tried to submit a question I received an error the I did not select "No. of Users" which is not even an option when filling out the form.
HTML template for Checks, or at least some field control
Is it possible to get HTML formatting turned on for printing Checks? And if not full html, at least can I get better control over individual field spacing? The alignment that is currently allowed in the Check template is only the overall margins (up/down and left/right). I cannot align the individual fields. The spacing of the date is too far to the right, for example, if I align the payee field. I cannot get the current template to fit correctly on my checks. -Tom

Hi there, I've just started a trial of Zoho, I'm driving crazy trying to change the name of a portal. I created one (I don't even know what is a portal) and as the system didn't let me use the name I wanted I typed xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the portal was created under that name. Cannot connect with IMAP nor SMTP
I had Zoho mail successfully running for a couple months via IMAP clients (Mac Mail and my iPhone) and then suddenly it stopped being able to connect to the server on both clients. I tried changing the password multiple times, i reset the password multiple times, and it simply wont connect. The error message is saying that the username and password are not correct, but I am still able to log in to the webmail so the password is correct. I have SSL enabled, I have ports 993 and 465 selected, username
outgoing mail from one of my email addresses has been disabled. I try to re-enable it and it says I need to be a paid member

I have started receiving bounce back messages saying that some of my sent emails to different recipients are delayed with fatal errors 'Wrong state!' Is there anything I can do about this to fix the problem?
Account has suddenly become inaccessible
Hi there, My account has suddenly become inaccessible. Upon further checking the webmail interface, I now realize this user account sebastian.lewin@tecsofuel.com was disabled for incoming and outgoing mails, for unknown reason. Other email accounts under the same domain seem to work fine. Clicking the red area for disabled function (when trying to re-enable them), got the following error message "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." This is weird. Please help with this issue soonest possible.

Archive Projects and "Waiting projects"
Hi, Now I have to "categories" for projects, active and archived. The ones that are archived are closed. Is there a way so that ther are some projects that ara "waiting"? The purpose is that they are current projects on which we are not working but neither are they closed. The problem on moving these to Archive is that they will be mixed with the ones that are finished and I can't classify the projects inside Archive. Custom fields only for administrators
Hi, When I create a new custom field in a module (Accounts for example) only the other admins of the system can view them in the forms. We changed the permissions to read and write for al kind of profiles. We would need to know how to fix this. Regards

I need to automate the emailing or saving to file a delivery note for each invoice produced. I've notice "list manipulation" in the Custom functions & wondered if it was possible to create a list of invoice line items using this ? Hello! When I edit a task to update the amount of time spent, mark it completed or other note on it, I am now required to change the due date to a date that is greater than the current time. However, the task was completed in the past (ie yesterday). If I update the due date to a date/time greater than the present when marking it as current, the task will now appear to have been completed at this later date, and not the one where it was originally assigned.
