Can't set my zoho accounts with android
Hello??!! never had problems with Activesync on Microsoft phone. Recently also set up zoho accounts on the pc via outlook with activesync. No problem there. I bought yesterday a Samsung smartphone to abandone the Microsoft phone. I cannot set up zoho neither in the email app on the Samsung phone nor in the outlook app on the phone. Hello I keep getting the error 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked and I cannot send emails. I am trying to run a business and this is just unacceptable that my account is blocked without any notification from ZOHO I have to do the reserch to figure out what was going on. I was trying to set the various e-mail related limits by defining an e-mail policy as suggested on this page: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/email-policy.html I could only set some of these settings however, I'm assuming that is because I'm on the free plan currently... (Maximum email size & Incoming Maximum emails/minute) Can you let me know where I can find the information about e-mail limitations like the recipient count, number of outgoing mails, etc. that apply to my free account?

Subform lookup field not populated when offline
Lookup fields on the parent form work when offline, but any lookup fields that are in a subform always show the "no internet connection" screen when offline - even if you previously load the list (and theoretically cache it). I even tried downloading the list of values hoping it would use that - but I just can't get it to show lookup values in the subform when offline. Anybody encounter this? I really don't want to have to hardcode the options in a dropdown as the list is fairly dynamic.

Is there a list of all the possible values of the Status field. I'm reading Invoice information in Creator. In most cases I only want to process a Status = 'paid' but I need to test for other values such as 'partially paid' or 'void'. A full list would help me know what values need to be handled.
