An increase in spam since moving to Zoho mail?
Hi guys I'd had my emails for my domain via gmail sat on Google apps for the last five years. I recently moved it over to Zoho mail, but since doing so I've seen a large increase in the amount of spam I'm getting. Under gmail I'd get a few a week, but already I'm getting 20-30 a day, and a lot seem to be for email addresses on my account that I've never actually used for websites, ie think like todo@mydomain, which I've only use for sending myself to do emails. Hello, In the last few days I can't connect to my account from 3ᴿᴰ party applications to my IMAP account because I get the IMAP error of too may simultaneous connections. I have configured the account only on my PC and a smartphone and it has always been working correctly. Now I can reach my email only through webmail or Zoho app. Can you please check this on your side? I have already wrote to support(at)zohomail.com but I didn't get an answer yet. Thank you

I provided the mobile number while registering the new domain. After that i found that this Mobile number is not working fine. Now i register again for setup my domain name, this error arrives "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I did not verify it by the Mobile Number. I have tried 10 differents phone numbers and its not working for my country. Please, remove my domain "cultivedinheiro.com" from the not confirmed account, then i will be able to add to my correct account.

Hi Support, We have a Google Form which stores input from people into a Google Sheet, we then have a hourly "Imported" in Zoho Reports, we takes the udpated data and updates a Zoho Reports Table. however, it seems UTF-8 Characters are being stripped out from the text entered into the Google Forms / Google Sheets. The specific example I have is the "See No Evil Monkey" character.

I'm new to Email Campaigns and trying to create my first one. I want to add the Merge Tag so the First Name appears in the first line of my email. I copy and paste $[FNAME]$ in the content but in the test email it shows as FNAME instead of the name of person. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it shows in the test email??

I did it once last year and the account had a perfect performance, once i had to renew the contract for my domain with NIC ARGENTINA, i couldnt set it up again. Even i keep following the instructions, my domain provider NIC, allows me to delegate it but it just asks me for the Host and IPv4 IPv6 Values that i have no idea. I am trying to receive an AWS SES email verification to my zoho business email address however after long run hours of waiting; I can not receive the email on my zoho inbox.. Whenever I try with different emails addresses on other domains (like gmail), I receive the email confirmation instantly.. Is there any kind of filter on Zoho email which may prevent to receive Amazon SES email confirmation??

How to build report using check box data?
Zoho Creator says that a known limitation is that reports can't be built from data recorded through multi-select or check boxes. Surely there MUST be a way to do this! It's true that these fields don't show up in the drag and drop menu for me to build a pivot chart from but has anyone found a way to do this? It's pretty essential for my application. Thanks, Lindsay

Hi, First, I changed Zoho Mail Business Policy to allow just some types of attachments. Then, I created a new Email Policy for some users whose can receive any kind of attachments and has been working ok. My issue is when an e-mail is send directly to a group, even if group's member is in the new policy the message is blocked by Zoho. Task Templates
When I create a Task Template and add it to a new project, the tasks assigned to the Task Template do not show up with it. It loads the Task Template into the project, but not the tasks that are assigned to it. Any suggestions?
